Worst experience ever by far the entire time I was there I was never greeted at the register the lady that was supposed to had a camera filming instead of doing her job she’s filming and talking to these other kids. that was the only the start of the problem she comes back with an attitude with me I giver her my order never gave me the cups to get the drinks until like the 2nd-3rd customer back still with an attitude. I waited for my food for a minute and decided to get up and check on it I’m just looking around and apparently just looking around is a problem for this lady because she’s going off on everyone who’s just looking around. Finally she gets to me and ask me what I had I just simply said I was the order with the happy meal I shouldn’t have to list everything I had to you. Overall it was a unpleasant experience and hopefully this mcdonald’s get they staff together because that shouldn’t be acceptable

Messed up order. Ordered via curbside and they brought my food out slowly. Once I got home I realized they had substituted french fries in place of pies. These are not the same, and I was never asked what I wanted in place of those pies… they just gave me some french fries instead. There’s no way to correct the issue, the app crashes when trying to do so.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Worst drive thru experience I’ve had in a while. Kids standing around talking instead of taking my card to pay. Held up the whole drive thru line and when he finally opened the window he had my order wrong and almost charged me for more food than I ordered.

Edit: New management has taken over this store and the experience is a complete 180 from before. Very nice staff and great attitudes. If you haven’t been here since 2020 give them another try! McDonald’s food is not a 5 star meal but for what it is they do a great job of making the food and getting it to you. Being nice and patient goes a long way too so give them a smile and a thank you for their work

Every time I come to this location me and my kids get sick. The workers look dirty , nails be dirty , no uniforms. Food do not be fresh and hot during the evening shift. Long wait . Just a mess and horrible to me.

My family went to this location on Sunday 3/5/2023. Horrible experience from the moment we walked in. We went inside because we had a big order. Once inside, the manager working at 4:30pm got a attitude and snapped at us saying, “You need to go through the drive thru! There is nobody to work the cash registers right now!”. First of all, it is not my family’s problem that you don’t have anyone to run your cash register. So we went ahead and tried the drive thru because I had my kids with me. Once we all got to the drive thru, the young man working the drive thru, (Again, this was at 4:30pm on Sunday, 3/5/2023), said “Can I take your order?” Then when I started to place the order, he cut me off and started arguing with someone in the back about being out of nuggets. BOTH employees we spoke to that day at this location ruined our chances of ever coming back. This isn’t just a McDonald’s problem, this is a problem for every fast food restaurant located on E. 38th Street. As usual.

Went last Saturday early morning after work. I was tired as hell after working 6 days .. Gave the cashier’s my phone to pay for my purchase. Came home ate then passed out. The employee definitely never gave me my phone bk according to Google maps..my phone stayed there for hours then wondered around temple. It’s my fault for even going here.
