I’ve been going to this McDonald’s from time to time for atleast 13+ years! This last time I went I had got a mocha frappe using my points on the McDonald’s app & added extra chocolate drizzle with 2 strawberry & cream pies & a sprite! EVERYTHING was so good! If you haven’t ever tried a mocha frappe or strawberry & cream pie then you are definitely missing out! The frappe is kinda like a shake but not as thick. It has a little chocolate in it plus some coffee! … What are you waiting for!? ☺️ Go get yours!!!!!! ☺️

Let me just say if you have all the time in the world to wait for the worst processed food in the world then this is the place you need to go. It has everything you need. That’s terrible long waits for terrible food and rude employees to go with it…. Come on figure it out DoorDash drivers as well as drivers Uber eat drivers have to wait in the same line as your late night drunk customers and it forces us to start refusing McDonald’s orders so if you want more orders canceled DoorDash, please change this rule with McDonald’s

This location is more about getting the order out of the door. No good customer service, No hello, no refills, no extra sauces if you ask….not even 1 for kids. It makes the experience unenjoyable for travelers and kids. One kid likes sweet and sour with his double cheese burger and my other likes mayonnaise on their burger. Had to pay for it each time.

Order drive thru sandwich fries and a sweet tea get to window and I’m handed a hi c and I said I ordered sweet tea she tried to tell me I had to pay extra and argued with me about it come to find out she gave me the wrong order and demanded. It back thru the drive thru window drink as well after arguing with me for 7 minutes come to see it was her fault and then too food and a drink I had in my personal vehicle demanded back and handed to a different customer in their car oh boy that was my experience at this McDonalds #Losin

The door on the left that leads into the McDonald’s that doesn’t go through the gas station first is exit-only (locked for incoming customers, forcing you to walk back halfway around the place). This is irritating everybody first thing on the way into the place. I can only imagine it’s stressing out the staff at a certain point to have all of us fat folks showing up to the counter out of breath and lost. Why not put up a sign?

I just wanna say that the customer service here at this McDonald’s is seriously poor. They do not greet any of the customers. They just have kids walking around. They just staring out into space they playing around behind the counters and then give me my food code messed up my order and have me wait more than 15 minutes for a fast food restaurant. I don’t understand. I think we need some new people in this restaurant. Where is the last crew that we had?
