They are a busy chickfila, since they are on a pretty main/busy road. But they have learned that they need to be faster than other places. I think there was 12 cars in front of us, but it only took like maybe at the most 10 min. Great!!!

I love Chick-fil-A but this location almost always disappoint me. Today I picked up lunch and my chicken sandwich was cold, dry and not to mention a small tiny filet. The cookies were at room temperature – not warmed like my family likes them. The fries super salty. The Sandy location is much better. I think I’ll stop coming here.

My entire order was messed up, spent $30 on food only to get home and find out none of it was prepared properly. Cobb salad was literally JUST lettuce and chicken, nothing else, no sauces in the bag after I explicitly said “as much sauce as you can give me!” Then I called to get a refund or change my order, and the manager Zack, offered me a milkshake and nothing else…no refund, no free meal, not even to come get the sauces. Then I asked to speak to his manager, and he denied. 0/5 will not be ordering here again.

The chicken on the original chicken sandwich quality and size has gone downhill so much! The fry’s were super salty. I felt like I ate a spoonful of salt on the first fry I ate and didn’t have a drink to wash it down I tried complaining on the app to customer service, but didn’t have a receipt to enter the details. My chicken was super small overcooked and gristly. Why is there no quality control at your location. I always say if you wouldn’t eat something don’t serve it to your customers. I don’t know if this was the last time I go to your location, but it might be. I’ve been burned the last few times I’ve gone there.

The original chicken sandwich at this location has been really thin and dry lately. I’ve been about 3 times in the last month and each time got the same quality of sandwich. Staff are friendly and efficient but food has gone down hill.

Convenient location! Food is consistently delicious. Service is consistently friendly and fast. Chick-fil-A has become a go to spot for my son and I. I love the spicy chicken and the nuggets and so does my son. I am impressed with how consistently amazing the food and service are at this and all Chick-fil-A locations I visit. I also really appreciate the adjustments this company has made during this covid 19 situation. I will come back for sure. Highly recommended.

The service was terrible. There was a huge line and 1 cashier who also was filling counter drink orders. Took over 15 minutes just to get up to order. Drive through wasnt much faster. The manager stood behind the cashier with 3 other employees standing there talking. Then there was an order that was entered to go, and the assistant manager made a mountain out of a mole hill to the employee that brought the trays back in front of the customer that ordered and everyone in line. If you are going to have a discussion with your employee, go in the back. Will locate other Chick-fil-A locations. As this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
