Ordered online, they labeled my cauliflower wings as cauliflower wings, but gave me CHICKEN (I’m a vegetarian so that’s ignorant) then they gave us all of our wings dry, no sauce at all, when we clearly ordered them all tossed, we were missing guac and salsa and a 3rd 6 of wings. This was after we waited 2 hours for it to be done. The one saucy wing pictured is labeled cauliflower on the outside which I have pictures of

We came here for a late night bite on a Friday night. Place was not busy but the service left more to be desired. We showed up 2 hours before close and almost felt like a burden. But with that being said the late night happy hour deals were wonderful and the food was tasty as well, the spicy garlic wings are a must have.

Waited for 3 hours to receive our food when it was not busy in the restaurant. Our appetizer came after we had already ate and paid for the meal. In addition to this, when I said something to the manager about our wait, they handed me a card with a date and said that they would be able to compensate the wait with a free meal but then refuse to honor this. Terrible service and employees with no sense of urgency, would not recommend ever going there unless you have a lot of time to kill for mid food.

Wasn’t greeted by server for at least 10 mins. Went at 10 on Halloween and place was not that busy. No effort or care from the staff. Hire some diversity also might help

I ate at a restaurant in Orlando in 2004 when Hurricane Charley caused the power to go out and ripped the doors off. That was a better experience than my family and I had at this BWW location.

We got there around 7:30 (I recall that the car clock said 7:28 as we parked) and were seated pretty quickly. There were customers but I wouldn’t call it busy. Our waitress came to greet us and came back shortly to take our drink orders and our appetizer order. Then we sat for an exceptionally long time until the appetizer came out. Only then was the rest of our order taken. We then didn’t really see her for another 30-40 minutes by our estimation.

Stopping in was a spur-of-the-moment decision and after sitting so long with an empty soda cup and a tired child getting crankier and crankier, we started looking for our waitress. She did finally come back and say that she was going to check on our food and disappeared again for several minutes – once again without refills.

We gave up waiting again and I was getting up to find another staff member to see if we could cash out for what we’d already had so we could run through a McDonald’s or something when our waitress finally came back from the kitchen with my wife and daughters’ food and said they were waiting on tater tots for mine. My favorite bit is that she brought our silverware at this time – a single unwrapped fork. Not sure if that was for the kiddo’s food or my wife’s but it was pretty funny in retrospect. By this time we were done. We asked for boxes and the check and to speak to the manager.

The waitress (whose name I can’t remember but might have started with a V?) shocked us by giving us attitude. She immediately told us that the order only went in at 8:06 and that there were other people she had to take care of. We found it odd that she knew down to the minute when she put our order in although we were fairly certain we had placed our order a while before that.

After more attitude we saw who we assumed might be a manager and let her know the situation. She apologized, let us know that this employee had frequent complaints, and gave us a voucher for another visit.

I want to stress, if you’ve made it this far, that the manager and the rest of the staff were great. One employee, who could have diffused the situation with a “Sorry, I put your order in late/the kitchen is backed up”, instead got a nasty attitude with us and ruined what had been a nice day up to that point.

I’ve never been to this particular BWW before and will certainly never come back. Should have looked before we decided to pull in and notice the relatively poor reviews.

In the end we waited an hour for a meal I left behind and ones my wife and daughter finished when we got home.

Just a side note – a LOT of those TVs need to be replaced.

I received soggy fries and asked for them to remake them crispy. I didn’t think it was a big deal but this is what I received. I will never patronize this location again! Chicken looked good but tastes like it was made yesterday, money down the drain!

Visited Saturday 12/20/25 at around 10:30 pm. Employees were nice enough but our waitress in the bar area didn’t ask if we needed anything else until we were completely done with the food and drinks.

We ordered 6 traditional wings. They were dry and room temperature. It felt like all they did was put sauce on some leftover wings.

Restaurant was extremely warm. We should have gotten our food to go.

I’ve had way worse dining experiences but this one definitely wasn’t the worst. Just nothing special and unfortunately not worth going back.

We came in at 4pm on a Tuesday. Food was decent. But they got our order wrong, tried to charge us for the (wrong) order plus replacement order and had to be asked to take it off, and the prices that rang up are way more expensive than on the menu. The wings are 6 for $10.99 on the menu. They charged $16.50 on the check. It also took over 30 minutes to get a check and for her to take the card, with only 8 tables filled in the whole restaurant. Service was just awful.

First visit here ever. Place looked nice. 24 televisions in the main room, but It took over 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered. My wings were served to me only warm at best. My onion rings were already cold. Her chicken tenders were rubbery. My drink never refilled. Maybe they were having a bad day. I left disappointed. Sorry.
