We walked in 3:30 PM on a Thursday. Took 5 minutes for someone to greet us at the host stand. Someone came up to us finally and laughed once she reached us. She told us that there was not going to be a server until 4. I asked if we could at least order take out. She mumbled something that I couldn’t really hear, then walked away. We waited a few more minutes to see if she would come back, and then finally just decided to walk out. Will not be going back and would not recommend, horrible experience.

It was ok. The “bird dawgs” I ordered were basically cheap hot dog buns soaked in Buffalo sauce with very small chicken tenders on them. Small serving of lukewarm fries on the side. Service was pleasant enough but not very communicative. Order the wings and it’s better.

We came in late after my nephews MMA title fight at the, Ball Park Village on a Saturday night. There was a big group of of very happy and excited. Our host and waitress, (which was pregnant) were very friendly and welcoming even though it seems they had a long night and just cleared out a big rush of people before us. Great service great food and friendly and welcoming staff. Bathrooms were pretty clean considering there was a rush before us and we came in late after they just got cleaned up a little. So I am sure they didn’t have time to make it that far. Plus I think they were short handed. But wow great job guys. Thank you for the cap of our evening.

Officially done with this place. After our favorite server Kanisha left the service has been sh!tty. We continously tried to give the benefit of the doubt even after watching a cockroach walk around on the floor. Yesterday was the final try. We got in ordered our food just to watch people who came after us get their food first on top of being told there was still a wait after waiting 40 minutes our side was cold which she brought out and set on the table 10 minutes prior to the rest and they still brought out our food wrong. We left it not paying for sh!tty service and food made in a way we didn’t ask for. 0 stars cause they have went from heaven to hell. Shouldn’t take close to an hr for precooked potato wedges and cauliflower.

Sunday afternoon was dead quite, so we were surprised. We couldn’t complain about that as we didn’t have to wait for a seat. Service was okay, but we were not given ranch dressing (come on ranch and wings!!!!) And had to get up and go to the kitchen after waiting a while, and it still not coming out.

Been here multiple times for pick up. Have never had it less than 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. If you come here be sure to order it for 30 minutes before you want it.

Horrible customer service experience – they messed up my order, and even after I presented my receipt, the girl at the hostess/pick up counter refused to accommodate and fix their mistake. MOD was slightly helpful. She was the only reason why I did not lose my cool. Overall, the food was ok, but the service was atrocious.
