I once gave this location 4 stars. However, it has gone down hill. No leadership, last 4 visits the bread was falling apart while I was trying to eat the sandwich. I don’t know if it was left out or if the bag was left open? 3 times I counted at least 12 workers inside, only one was taking orders and the line inside was about 9 deep. One worker flicked her long braided hair and it went across the counter and landed in the tub that hold all the condiments. Most staff standing around talking to friends that had come in to hang out, the rest laughing and talking with each other. Not your typical Chic-fil-a music but instead it was pop and hip hop. One of these times I saw 3 managers on shift, one was clocking out and I guess was over the day and the fact no one respected her leadership. One other was eating her lunch and could care less what was going on, the last was hanging out with the rest of the staff, all while the one girl continued to take orders alone.

STILL SLOW AT 130PM ON A FRIDAY! The drive thru has gotten so slow here I either have to go to starbucks or the loganville location. I can’t sit in a drive thru 30min everytime I come. Where is the express lane promised last year for mobile orders. This location is so slow, it’s miserable and has gotten worse over the years of turnover.

I come in just about every other day and I get ignored .. I come in to pick up door dashes and they’ll offer another person services before speaking to me. I’ve also watch them speak to the caucasian walking inside the restaurant before they speak to a black person .. service is horrible they’ll have you standing waiting and waiting and never ask you do you need anything or is you waiting on your order .. customer service is terrible they’re facial expressions makes you feel very unwanted in their establishment

Somethings got to give with this line backing out into the street and blocking the rest of the shopping center. Its ridiculous that the only entrance coming from anywhere but downtown is always jammed with chikfila traffic. How is this legal? Does the city allow this? Shame on your customers who sit in that line inconveniencing an entire shopping center for some mediocre Jesus chicken. Not very Christian of yall

Ordered dinner for my family today around 3:30. Ya’ll fries taste so nasty. Fries were black in color, hard, not crispy, and not golden brown. Need to change that grease. Taste like ya’ll gave my family and self fries that has been sitting under that heat lamp for a while. Me or my boyfriend didn’t even eat it. Threw it away. Waste of 44 dollars.

The portions are getting smaller and the process after getting higher, but that’s everywhere right now. The food was good, we were served quickly, and the sweetest gentleman took our trash and made sure we had refills. The diet lemonade is always good!

The fact that Chick-fil-A stores are still using COVID as an excuse to not open the play area for the kids is really upsetting. Either take down the sign blaming health concerns or label it as storage! Staff and food was great as always but the continual COVID crutch by local businesses is B.S!!!

The food at Chick-Fil-A is always good, no question. Since the pandemic, the focus of the stores has been on orderly, rapid, efficient drive through lanes and windows, and this has been executed almost flawlessly. However, since the dining rooms of many stores have opened back up now, the inside atmosphere has suffered. The dining area appears almost as an afterthought. There was a blocked off work area in this particular store that was a little haphazard. The staging and waiting areas for pickup services, order ahead, take out and in store ordering do not flow well and feel awkward. Our order had actually been brought out and placed on a pickup shelf and we did not know it, leading to a little longer wait and finding our food only after asking if the order was still being prepared. A little more attention to the aesthetics, efficiency and flow insists the store to match the improved flow outside the store would certainly be welcome.

My second time there and I loved it! I was going to stop at another fast food place for nuggets and remembered chick FIL a used real pieces of chicken. Got nuggets, waffle fries and a cookies and cream shake. Got a look at the breakfast menu and I’m looking forward to trying their sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Will be back!
