Chick fl a fabulous job tonight. I have a family of 8 so a lot of food I was too tired to look through all the bags to make sure everything was there got home we had everything we asked for and some more. Phenomenal job. The staff was absolutely amazing very nice despite the freezing cold weather. it was packed but we was out of the drivethru in no time. Everything was hot and fresh. Thank you CFA monroe

I recently visited the drive thru and although they forgot my lemonades, which is a first, I called in after getting home and the phone call was immediately answered by Colby who offered to replace the lemonades and throw in a couple desserts for the trouble. I was bummed out at first because they have the best lemonade around, but it was very impressive how quickly Colby resolved the issue and made it right. He offered their sincerest apology and was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. Everybody makes mistakes, but it’s the way you handle it afterwards that counts. Thanks Colby!

Without a doubt, the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever experienced. I have come to this location dozens of times. For some reason they just can’t seem to get it together here. Today was finally the last time I’ll ever come here. Today all the soda machines were down, but you still have to pay full price for a meal and get a drink you don’t want. No discount for the inconvenience and not even an apology. Honestly, I really don’t want to hear from the manager either, because that guy is the worst. I have seen him get mad because one of the employees accidentally put 2 extra nuggets in a pack. It didn’t matter how happy the customer was when he saw the 2 extra nuggets, this manager only cared about the bottom line and said he was “going to have to have a talk about this.” This location is slammed all day every day and this guy’s worried about 2 nuggets. I’ll drive out of my way to go to another location before I come here again.

Literally the worst location in comparison to ones in the surrounding counties. The lines are extremely long, the traffic to get in and out is horrendous and frankly dangerous. The employees are always nice but they do nothing to help their lines move faster. Such a disappointing experience every time I try to give them benefit of the doubt.

1 Star – Absolute Train Wreck of a Chick-fil-A
I don’t know what’s going on with the Monroe Chick-fil-A, but this place is completely out of control. It’s Saturday morning, and I’ve been stuck in this drive-thru line for over 40 minutes — forty minutes — and it’s not even moving. Not a single employee is outside advancing on orders or directing traffic like you see at every other Chick-fil-A in America. It’s just chaos.
The line is backed up into a major highway, creating a serious safety hazard, and I’m honestly shocked there haven’t been wrecks yet. No cones, no organization, no one guiding cars — just a total free-for-all. Whoever’s managing this location clearly has no control over what’s happening.
And after all that waiting? My order was completely wrong and ice cold. After being trapped in line that long, the least you’d expect is a hot, accurate meal — but apparently, even that’s too much to ask here.
I already placed my order through the app, so I was locked into this disaster with no way to cancel or leave. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for their speed, accuracy, and friendly service — but this location is the exact opposite. It’s embarrassing, it’s dangerous, and it’s hands-down the worst-run Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.
If corporate ever needed a textbook example of how not to run a Chick-fil-A, this would be it.

Ordered the 4 count chicken mini meal. Asked for extra honey butter on the minis. Was told they dont do that at this location??? Translation, we dont put any HB on them so we cant do extra. The buns on the minis were old. I didn’t even eat the bottom half because they were so hard. 2 of the 4 chicken pieces were smaller than a dime. You charge more than $1 a piece for them. Thats just ridiculous. Please do better.

I wish they would build a second Chick-fil-a in Monroe simply so I didn’t have to go to this one anymore. The entire location is terrible, parking lot makes no sense and just creates accidents and road rage. Half the time I order something is wrong, missing, or they somehow lose the entire order all together. I’ll be eating a dry salad tonight since pairing dressing with a salad is a hard concept.

The app charged me for my meal, but when I got to the store and tried to scan the qr code, the option wasn’t there and my meal was gone. I told a manager and they helped snd got me my food and really fast too. Great place and great workers

Chik fil a in Monroe, Georgia!
I have eaten chik fil a for many years. I have just about decided not to go back again. I have noticed every time that the waffle fries are not cooked thoroughly. They are taken up too soon and are not crispy at all. They are not cooked all the way. I go through the whole container and have maybe 3 fries that are edible. A waste of money.
Slow down, cook the food right and make customers want to come back. Right now its a firm NO from me.
