Rice nice looking restaurant. Nicer in design than the other Red Lobsters we’ve been to.
We were seated quickly.
I ordered Walts Favorite Shrimp with a baked potato. The entree was good, but lacked flavor to be great. Normally the baked potato has a lot of salt on the skin, but there wasn’t any on mine.
The server was great, always checking on us every few minutes.
Good overall visit, just need a little more flavor on the food.

Let’s start with the food, which was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered the Lobster Tails and Shrimp Scampi, and it was a masterpiece. It was cooked perfectly al dente, and the scampi sauce was rich, buttery, and packed with flavor. The lobster was tender and succulent, and the shrimp were plump and juicy. It was a truly decadent dish. To top it all off, we had the Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert. It was the perfect sweet ending—creamy, rich, and with a delightful strawberry topping that was fresh and not overly sweet.
Beyond the incredible meal, the atmosphere and ambience were top-notch. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a warm, energetic vibe that made the dinner feel like a true occasion.
Now, for the highlight of our evening: Maya R. I cannot praise her enough. She was the epitome of excellent service. From her warm and genuine welcome to her expert knowledge of the menu, she made us feel incredibly valued. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were always filled and checking on us at just the right moments. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly, positive demeanor truly elevated our entire dining experience. She has a real talent for hospitality and is a tremendous asset to your team. Please give her a well-deserved round of applause from our table!

Addison was my server she was very kind and had a friendly smile. She made sure to make her rounds to constantly check on me. The music was peaceful and the atmosphere was quite lovely and calming and food was amazing and neat.

We had an excellent dining experience at Red Lobster in Columbus Ga on 5555 whittlesey blvd. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. What really made the night stand out, though, was our server, Taylor. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude and great service truly elevated the whole experience. We felt welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

The food was hot and you receive a lot of food with the Ultimate Feast. We were serviced by Camrie. Her service was impeccable and she was attentive. You know how sometimes the waitresses get overwhelmed and kinda forget about you, well she didn’t!! She was attentive to each of her tables and provided insight on dishes that we inquired about. She was extremely sweet. Her service is well deserving of 5 stars! When you go, ask for her. You won’t regret it.

I’m from Florida and it was a pleasure visiting this Red Lobster (store #6325)! My family and I were in Columbus, Georgia, celebrating my brother, who is active military and had just graduated from Officer Candidate School. We were a party of 8, along with a few of his classmates.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a kind gentleman (sadly I didn’t get his name, but he was a brown-skinned Black man with a low fade). He seated us quickly, and soon after we were introduced to our amazing waitress, Amber. She was attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable about the menu.
We arrived during happy hour, so we were able to enjoy great deals on cocktails and appetizers. I was a little sad I couldn’t try the shrimp scampi since it stops being served at 3 p.m., but Amber kindly recommended the shrimp pasta instead—which was delicious—and she even accommodated my request for extra seasoning. My brother ordered the lobster flatbread, and as a group we shared the stuffed mushrooms and crab queso dip, which were both sooo good—perfect for sharing and not a crumb left behind!
The drinks were excellent as well—not too strong and not too light. My mom and brother enjoyed the Long Island iced teas, my dad had the raspberry iced tea, and my fiancé and I had the house margaritas, which were amazing. Even better, Amber was the one who made the drinks!
Living hours away from my brother and family, it meant so much to celebrate this accomplishment together at such a welcoming establishment. The manager, Tywana, also went above and beyond—she checked in on us, congratulated our troops, and even thanked them for their service. The staff surprised them with handwritten thank-you cards and a decorated plate that said “Officer Candidate,” topped with strawberries cut into the shape of a lobster. It was such a sweet, personal touch and made our time together even more memorable.
The restaurant was spotless, and I’d also like to thank the custodial staff—the bathrooms were very well tended. I also appreciated how family-friendly the environment was; I even saw a little one happily walking around with their trusted adult, and no one batted an eye.
One of the highlights of the night was a personal conversation with our amazing waitress, Amber. She shared a bit of her personal testimony with us, and knowing what she has been going through while still showing up to work with such grace and professionalism was truly admirable. People are often quick to complain, so I want to make sure this review reaches the right people, so the 6325 crew members can be recognized and rewarded for their exceptional service.
Lastly, I was able to upload photos to capture the special moments of our evening, which I hope show just how wonderful the service and atmosphere were. The team also conveniently provided us with a QR code printout card to leave a review, which made the process so easy and thoughtful. I would still love to share these photos directly with corporate so they can truly see the outstanding service and hospitality we experienced.
