This Chick-fil-A has been significantly slower than other Chick-fil-A’s, even other licensed locations at other universities or at airports. They have frequently forgotten an item as well. The food is still fine, but the service does not live up to what I expect from Chick-fil-A. They also do not offer refills on drinks.

Great food as always. It was beginning of June during Summer Break so hardly anyone was in the student hall. But they still took almost 20 minutes to make our lunch (1 Chick-fil-A sandwich, 1 salad, 1 grilled nuggets), and there was only one other customer there besides us.

I went in craving me some cream on a hot day, and the ice cream was absolutely horrid. It’s been 30 minutes and I can’t get the bitter zesty taste of that turned cream out of my mouth. They brought it out fast, but it was so nasty. Save yourself some time and money and don’t go.

Make sure they give you the food you ordered before leaving. There is no phone to call them and corporate Chick-fil-A won’t help spent $10 on a meal of fries. Unless can’t live without Chick-fil-A wait until up in Idaho Falls or other big cities.

The food is great don’t get me wrong but it’s other problems that gives this a 1 star. First off is parking is an absolute nightmare. There really is no reasonable parking for a regular person. Second is and I very well understand that this is on a college campus and they will get a rush around lunch but I come earlier and earlier each time and that rush seems to be completely random! I attempt to pick up my wife lunch and even come an hour before she can have it so it will be cold and will need to be reheated. I don’t realistically have tome to stand in a line for 45 minutes… There are very easy things that could be done to help this but I doubt will ever happen. Easiest one would be to allow online orders for pickup. They make the order and it sits on a rack already paid for. If it doesn’t get picked up oh well, no loss for them. Maybe talk to the campus and get like 2 parking spots for regular people just for chic-fil-a. Those are easy things that would immensely help the issues but honestly I don’t think anybody cares about that there and it won’t change.

For the pice of a $7 sandwich not worth it. Better of going to any grocery store deli and picking up chicken tenders and buns. Save more than half the value and get better and cheaper food ♂️

Love finally having Chic Fil A in town! The BEST chicken! The hours are slightly different then a stand alone restaurant, since it’s on campus. Lunch time is slammed with ISU students and high school students coming by, but they are fast and efficient! Beware! You can’t use Chic Fil A gift cards here, call in orders, or door dash. And the employees are usually all students and don’t get paid even close to what a regular Chic Fil A employee makes, so go easy on them!

Food is good. DO NOT go here if you’re not a student. Parking is awful, no drive thru, they do not accept Chick-fil-A gift cards, they do not have kids meals. There should be a qualifier on the Google listing so people know this is a food court kiosk.

Really excited that we finally have a Chick-Fil-A here in Pocatello. Giving it 4-stars because it isn’t easily accessible to the general public. Went on the first day and I was surprised at how fast the service was. Hopefully the success here will show that we can and will support a standalone site.
