Please notice this location is on the college campus. We drove from Idaho Falls and this location showed up as the only Pocatello location. We visited when school wasn’t in session. The location is in the student center, so parking is incredibly hard to come by. There is a ton of seating in the student area to use.
The Chick Fil A location was pretty decent itself. It had a full menu board to choose from. It’s not as quick of service compared to a typical Chick Fil A dine in location, but we came about 30 minutes before closing. Overall we were all happy with our food. The original chicken sandwich was pretty basic and a small sized chicken and the buns were small sized.

It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my order because the staff was so busy talking to each other. They forgot one of my sandwiches and then when I got the order, the fries were cold and hard when I asked them to replace the fries with hot ones I was told that wasn’t allowed and then when I got home, the sandwich was wrong and to top it all off the food was not good. Total disappointment all the way around and I think this particular store needs management on site at least during busy times to maybe keep the employees from swearing and being so busy wrapped up and flirting with each other that they actually pay attention to the customers.

This place has the worst customer service if you want to wait 50 minutes for your meal then this is the place for you. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes but the whole staff ignored me. Had to ask about my food twice to two separate employees but none were helpful. After I got my food I looked in the bag and they forgot half of my order. Please work on your customer service skills because it’s unacceptable to be waiting this long for someone to ask me what I was waiting for.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The bread for the sandwich is soggy and taste like a sponge. It’s so expensive for low quality food. They forgot the ketchup I ordered so I went up to ask, about 4 people are standing behind the counter looking at me. Just looking, not doing anything else. I then get asked if I was waiting for my food, and I said no and asked for a few ketchup packets, I got one. And whoever Emily is, you are VERY bad at customer service. Someone needs to teach you how to talk to customers.

Really excited that we finally have a Chick-Fil-A here in Pocatello. Giving it 4-stars because it isn’t easily accessible to the general public. Went on the first day and I was surprised at how fast the service was. Hopefully the success here will show that we can and will support a standalone site.

My son picked up our meal this evening so I can’t comment on service or atmosphere except to say I wish this business had a traditional storefront and wasn’t in the bowels of the student union building at ISU.
The food was meh….and they didn’t have the item that has been advertised on TV incessantly for the past several weeks. My sandwiich was dry, the lettuce was limp and the bun fell apart upon picking it up so I assume it was past its “best buy” date.
The fries were cold and flavorless. Most of our two large orders went directy to the trash.
Next time I want Chik Fil A I will wait for an Idaho Falls trip.
