The outside order takers are horrendous and rude. This one chick fil a employee had a full on Karen moment in the drive through line yelling at the car and the woman next to me. She was stunned and i was appalled. The chick fil a guy had a melt down.

Chickfila has the best employees. They make visiting there a great experience every single time. Then when you add in the great food, it’s just wonderful to eat there. Many other fast food restaurants, sadly, have employees who seem irritated you’re there… I know they work very hard, but I hate that feeling and it makes me not want to eat there. Chick-fil-A’s atmosphere is totally different and I appreciate it!

Chick-fil-A is always a great spot to grab a quick lunch. You can tell that this organization is well managed and the people that work there are taken care of. You can tell by the smiles on each of the faces of each employee. I absolutely believe that other fast food restaurants should take a page from the book of this company. This is the most horrible Chick-fi-la I have ever been to in my entire life! This is sad cause I absolutely love this fast food place. First off, the set up for the drive through is absolutely horrible. Second, the lady that was taking orders outside didn’t even want to take my order she told me to go to the speaker and that person would take my order, but then had no problem taking all of the cars orders behind me. Third, a young blonde girl was the one at the window to take my payment with a guy named Brock. They are the most individuals ever. They were extremely disrespectful, they were saying the sweet tea was made wrong and they didnt care they would just tell people to get sugar packets and deal with it, so I decided to taste my sweet tea and it was so disgusting! Not sweet at all and taste like it was made 2 weeks ago, third she did not say my pleasure when told thank you. She just responded with the answer “yup!” Fourth, it took them forever to get my order to me. I will tell you this place is horrible, don’t go for customer service or sweet tea, fries were hard and crunchy, chicken was chewy when it’s normally tender. If I could leave a zero star rating I would! Horrible place! Would not recommend to public, friends or family. I will never be back!

Portion sizes for chicken sandwiches – as with all CFA locations – is inconsistent with about a 50/50 chance of getting the generous portions that built their prior reputation. NO PARKING DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING. Drive thru design is absolutely attrocious – it creates a hazzard for older and younger pedestrian traffic for dine in. No proper handicap parking for safe access to dine in. I see this same design at the newer restaurants. Dine in is very crowded at lunch It saddens me that there is no longer any way to give feedback to CFA at any level on a personal basis. The cost accountants rule at all CFAs now.

I, like most people I know, love Chick-fil-A. Despite a nearly constant line, they have their system down and it moves quickly. I have yet to receive an incorrect order, and the foot is super consistent. Everything is delicious, from salads to sandwiches to shakes to mac and cheese. Sauces are amazing, plentiful, and complimentary.
