Staff at the cashier who took our order was so polite and kind. The positivity of the atmosphere come from its staffs. Should’ve commended her for a job well done at the front counter. I order food pretty regularly and have it delivered. I work from home so I love the convenience and always get prompt deliveries. Today, they forget part of my order. I understand these things happen as they are a very busy place. I called to let them know and was told it was on its way. It never got here, so I called to let them know I hadn’t received it. The gentleman on the phone accused me of not being honest. He said that he had sent his driver back out with my food and he was positive that I must have gotten it. I let him know that I did not. He again said that I must be mistaken. I guaranteed him that I was not and even went back out to check again while we were on the phone. It was a fruit cup and honey mustard sauce. Why would I lie about not receiving the missing food, it’s a fruit cup? It wasn’t a huge meal or a ton of food, it was a fruit cup! I do not appreciate being called a liar, when I am positive that I did not receive the food. I am sure that the loss of one person’s business really doesn’t amount to much with how big of a chain Chick Fil A is, but I’ll think twice before ordering from them in the future.

Went to this place. My waffle fries were cold, I was disappointed…..my chicken sandwich had spoiled gross lettuce in it. I took it out didn’t wanna get sick over spoiled lettuce. I don’t know if I want to return …..because I didn’t get my money’s worth….because of cold fries and gross lettuce on my sandwich. Not worth the 9.89 that I paid. They fill the cup of the drink with ice and your only getting less than half of soft drink.

We placed an order to pick up at curbside and they forgot a lot of things and we sadly didn’t realize till we came back home. They forgot a cookie we order, I requested a lemon on my sweet tea, missing silverware (I have some at home but still), and my husband ordered a shake; cookies and cream with strawberries and there was no strawberries. I called about the cookie but I didn’t realize the shake or my sweet tea till after I called.
