It’s Chick FIL A so it’s good and they are polite but I’ve never seen one like this one. Trash cans overflowing and only a handful of customers inside so it’s not like it was just busy. Several flies near my table and I’m not close to the door. Bad day maybe?

Multiple bad reviews. For a good reason staff is unprofessional and the owner obviously could care less as none of the reviews are replied to. The chik filets in NWA are all very pleasant and excellent quality in both food and professional. This location should be shut down. The staff alone definitely needs trained and the owner obviously does as well. Gross attitudes and lack of caring. Forgot half of my order and could care less. Refused to refund but guess what American Express won’t refuse enjoy the the charge back fee crooks!!

Your staff is always pleasant. Your food on the other hand, not so great. I drove over over 4 miles round trip because I work from home. The chicken was rubbery and under cooked and my fries all brown because clearly over cooked. I literally do not have time to drive back to complain about my food. You really need to do better. I’m still hungry at this point, but need to continue working. Time will tell if the chicken makes me sick.

Ordered door dash. Chicken fil A got order things missing..4 items. Called Jeremy manager said to call Door Dash where they were missing items. No DOOR DASH didn’t BAG AND SEAL ITEMS…IT WAS CHICK-FIL-A…Called Door Dasher 3 times with voice mail no response. So my daughter drives to Restaurant for items missing…. long line inside & outside… they skipped her went to customer behind her in store. Daughter explained & girl manager not the Jermey… grabs her items in sealed bag & they Still were missing items…Too late we spend one $65.00 on food… they still couldn’t get order correctly..Called to explain everything to Jeremy manager with NO RESOLUTION.

This location hardly ever fails. Good, typically Chik-fil-a food. I had the multigrain sausage egg and cheese bisquit. Vanilla iced coffee was good. One of the few locations that has a kids play area, but it’s small.

Every time we got delivery/drive through from this location, multiple items have been missing. Also they deliver with DoorDash (which is horrible). Our last delivery showed up completely saturated in smoke smell. When reaching out to this location they laughed and said there was nothing they could do about it. This is absolutely not the way most chick fil as are operated. Spend your money at a location that will get your order right.

I usually get great service here, but Chick-fil-A almost always forgets my extra pickles… so I’ve actually stop asking because it just always seems like they only know how to make the basic sandwich and today i gave it another try and sure enough just 2 pickles… and i even asked for extra extra extra pickles. I was dining in this time and i got up to asked the manager I’m assuming because he had a different color shirt, and he told someone else to get them for me. That person never got back to me. Oh well…
