I love CFA! I go here way more than I should lol. I was also a former employee. I noticed that the parfaits have now went up to nearly $5, $4.75 to be exact! That’s a huge increase. Well I got my parfait today at the dowlen location and noticed that the parfait was barely even half filled. This is ridiculous!! CFA charges $4.75 and they don’t even give you a full serving! Just check your order before you leave. If you tell them, I know they will be more than happy to replace it.

Me and my daughter dined in today at the Dowlen road branch. The girl who took our order was so polite, so as her supervisor. And also, the staff keeping the area clean were very kind and even offered us if we want a refill. Im so proud of these teens. I bet, they were raised well.

I visited the College Street restaurant on Saturday, 6-24-2023. It was about 9:30 pm. I received my food, and since I was on a run, I began to prepare it to eat. The fries had 2 good ones on top, and the rest looked and tasted like they had been there for some time. The tenders were dried out and tasteless. I tried everything I could to doctor it, but I failed. I turned around and went back and was told there was nothing that could be done because I had eaten some of the food. They offered to get the manager but I didn’t have time to stay that long. This event brought this restaurant down quite a bit in my book. My advice is to check out your meal thoroughly and do not settle for okay. This is one of the fast food places that is considered the tops, and so are the prices. The money we spend is earned and should not be simply given away.

This location is super busy (as I’m sure are all the rest), but it took all of 7 minutes from waiting to order, placing the order, paying for the order and then receiving the order. Fantastic!!! Good food, as always.

I went to the one on Dowlen and ordered the grill chicken sandwich with cheese combo with a side of macaroni and cheese. They for whatever reason added bacon which I did not want. ALL MY FOOD WAS COLD! All of it taste like it had been made for an hour And I was charged 18.00 plus some change. VERY DISSATISFIED. Had to get back to work so didn’t have time to go back. What a waste

Larry, the Training Director, was outstanding in his efficiency and energy. My husband and I didn’t get our nuggets but accidentally got a sandwich instead. He very kindly got our nuggets and let us keep the sand-which. He has been all over the store helping people and being very high energy and added a lot of fun to the atmosphere. This is why we love chic fil a on Dowlen!

Just blows my mind how long the lines can be, yet these people can get your order, payment and through the line so quickly. Not just fast, they are always courteous, smile and best of all, my order is always correct! How do they do it? It’s some kind of magical mystery thing. Thanks Chicken fillet! The first time ive felt like the employees were rude as hell. The lady came up to my car and said did you get out of the drive thru line bc curb side is over there. Not hi welcome to chic fil a. Always amazing, it’s Chick-fil-A. I won’t dock any points for it because I know they make thousands a day but my bun was a tiny bit more firm than normal. Probably just a one in a thousand fluke. I had a spicy sandwich meal, and an 8 piece nuggets.

I hate to post this because I usually love this Chick-fil-A, but this trip was a terrible experience. My husband and I ordered two meals and a quart of ice dream with chocolate syrup in the drive through. When we got to the window a few minutes later, they tried to give us an ice dream cone. The young man who took our order had entered the wrong item by mistake. Not a problem – or rather it shouldn’t have been. We sat at the window for 15 entire minutes as they delivered order after order to customers behind us but continued to pass on our problem to the next person without fixing it. What the Team Members didn’t know was that my cat had just died in my arms on the way to the emergency vet, and we were too sad to cook after driving back home without her. All I wanted was a large amount of ice cream to cry into, but none of the team members took the time to even attempt to fix our order instead of delivering the orders that went out without problems after ours. Fifteen. Entire. Minutes. The final straw was that when someone finally stopped to help us because we’d been sitting at the window for so long, rather than just give us the correct item and apologize for the wait and mistake, they made sure to take even more of our time as I cried in the passenger seat so that they could refund us and recharge us for the slightly more expensive price. Chick-fil-A, we hope that extra three dollars was worth it. I couldn’t even eat the ice cream when I got home. I was so sad. Please train your Team Members. You never know what someone is going through or the day they are having. We were too shocked at our loss to demand attention from the employees, and we should not have had to anyways. Despite all of the times I have had great service from this Chick-fil-A, the feeling of sitting there being ignored by Team Member after Team Member while I mourned the sudden, traumatic loss of my pet will be the memory that stops me from going back.
