This is easily the best chick fil a in the greater Houston area. While it can be incredibly busy like when I came today, they are always fast and helpful. I’ve been coming to this location for the better part of 7 years and they’ve always been fantastic and quick to fix anything if it is wrong. Absolutely lovely location and can’t wait to come back!

I normally don’t come to this location. Employee did advise that they were out of fries & if I wanted to continue with my order. To which I did so, I was very bummed to realize my drink was wrong once I got home. I was okay with no fries but I was really looking forward to my sweet tea…it was half & half. And I do not like lemon in my tea.

So we eat at this one quite a bit, and this evening we were doing homework in the car like we do sometimes and we ran out of tea. We went in to get the tea refilled and the person for the first time in our entire history of Chick-fil-A refuse to give us a refill. This should be addressed because I can drive right down the street and get a refill from the other Chick-fil-A, that has better customer service I do not recommend this location on Highway six and west New York area as a location you should go to until they get this resolved

Always on point but I did notice there was not any attendants. Walk around. Asked him what you like more Coke. Would you like a cup of ice? Would you like ketchup so I guess you guys cut that out cause they don’t assist. They were talking while they were behind the counter. They should work on that that looks very unprofessional and there were some team members, you know, managers too, but I just don’t feel like they should be talking why customers are waiting for their order, and then you go to the table and there’s no one to say. Would you like more Coke which you like more ice? That’s something that really, really, really needs to be worked out soon as possible.

This place is not even close to mid. I ordered chicken minis and they had to give me a reward because the chicken was as hard rock like if it was fridged from the night before. I also got a milkshake from the and they sold it to me knowing they’re machine was broken when I noticed my shake had a yogurt consistency and half of it was straight water. They said I would have to go in person for a refund and I pull up and these people said I have to wait till next week for my refund. I asked for a call back from the owner never heard from them . Never going up here again, if you want some chick fil a go to the Katy location trust it’s better up there they’re always so giving to I never received no just because rewards from these people only Katy galleria and memorial location .
