Service was impeccable! I first was taken care of by cashier Alyssa, and I must say…she was amazing! I ordered a frosted lemonade and a frosted coffee…prompt and delicious! Went back later and was taken care of by Christiana, and once again…amazing! Both cashiers were professional, and could tell that they love their job! Keep up the smiles!! My pleasure!!!

For this Chick Fil A being run, conducted and maintained by college students, I am absolutely amazed by all of it. I always receive my food in a reasonable amount of time, the staff is always so willing to make accommodations and be respectful to ANY customer. Walking in at 9 in the morning to get breakfast after an opening shift has never been one of my favorite experiences until them. They have multiple rushes a day and are constantly busy, yet never run out of stamina to assist customers and be the best part of their day. I also personally know a few of the workers and they are good friends of mine, they constantly brag about how good their management team is and how efficiently they get things done. I haven’t had one bad experience here ☺️

I could not be happier with the service at this Chick-fil-A. Most mornings I come in for breakfast and Alyssa will take my order. She is the sweetest and always has my order correct. The food usually comes out pretty fast and all the staff on duty are always friendly. I love coming to Chick-fil-A for breakfast and will keep coming back!

A great addition to the restaurants in Commerce! The staff are always friendly, and the lines move quickly. While they may be missing a few items from the usual menu, their service is never lacking. Alyssa and Jacob are great workers and will always greet you with a smiling face.

I came here today after my class was released. Alyssa served me and it was extremely easy to hear and understand what she was saying, which is something that doesn’t happen often, especially with the masks. She was fun and joked around with her customers and seemed to love her job. I loved her attitude! 10/10 experience

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich to go. The portion size was generous. It comes on a typical burger bun with two dill pickle slices. Unlike other spicy chicken sandwiches making national news-(Not joking!) not long ago, this sandwich doesn’t have any type of sauce dedicated or used. You will be asked to choose the sauce you’d like. That threw me a bit because I wasn’t prepared to be asked and wasn’t familiar with their selections. Playing it safe I went with honey mustard. I live close by, but upon opening the foil lined pouch and found my sandwich sweat so much it was so soggy I needed to deconstruct it and place both sides of the bun and the chicken in the oven to dry them out. I did not receive the sauce ordered. I was given two packets of barbeque. Once my oven dried and made it hot and crispy again I reassembled it, skipped the barbeque packets and used the honey mustard from my refrigerator. I’ve gotta say… It was worth the fuss! I’ll be ordering this again! I know the sauces, too! Their waffle fries rock, too!

While they are brand new and still learning, I could tell the workers were so excited to be there to learn and serve. Food was made fresh on the spot and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Customer service was great and I can see all the potential for this store. I’m so glad they’re on campus now.

Flavor was basically on par, but the quality was not there. Service is fine, but the food made me sick. I got nuggets and fries, the fries were inconsistent. Some were burnt and some were underdone. When I woke up the morning after, I had awful diarrhea. Not the move.
