Today I made this because I was dumb and an order 4 count chicken minis, ment to do 4 count chicken biscuits. But the main man himself G and help me out.They always go above and beyond here.Got great food and have a great team here. All my flex be burned away here.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, any time of the day! Any issues with your food and they’re quick to fix it. Even during the busiest times they do a great job. And Big G is the best, of course!!

This location has consistently underperformed the expectations of what you would expect from a retail Chik-fil-a.
Missing condiments, incorrect bums placed on sandwiches, drinks that are 90% ice.
I’ve visited 5 times and have had something incorrect about my order all 5 times.
Plenty of better spots to grab a bite in Commerce. Would recommend skipping on this location.

For this Chick Fil A being run, conducted and maintained by college students, I am absolutely amazed by all of it. I always receive my food in a reasonable amount of time, the staff is always so willing to make accommodations and be respectful to ANY customer. Walking in at 9 in the morning to get breakfast after an opening shift has never been one of my favorite experiences until them. They have multiple rushes a day and are constantly busy, yet never run out of stamina to assist customers and be the best part of their day. I also personally know a few of the workers and they are good friends of mine, they constantly brag about how good their management team is and how efficiently they get things done. I haven’t had one bad experience here ☺️

The only consistent issue that I have while ordering at this Chick-fil-A is that they constantly get my breakfast chicken egg and cheese biscuit wrong, sometimes having no egg, no cheese, and not being spicy.
I must say that this only happens when I order breakfast online so if you’re getting breakfast don’t do it online.

Service was impeccable! I first was taken care of by cashier Alyssa, and I must say…she was amazing! I ordered a frosted lemonade and a frosted coffee…prompt and delicious! Went back later and was taken care of by Christiana, and once again…amazing! Both cashiers were professional, and could tell that they love their job! Keep up the smiles!! My pleasure!!!

This isn’t a one time occurrence. Nearly eveytime I eat here something is wrong. The first time was the only good time and it mistakenly gave me hope that it will get better.
The second time I ate here the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered with no customization didn’t have pickles. Whatever, but this is the start of the trend.
Couple of days later I go back for breakfast and order what I normally order at other Chick-fil-As with no issue: Spicy chicken egg & cheese muffin. Surprisingly, they got it right, it just took forever. About 15 mins. I thought that because it isn’t a menu item they weren’t familiar with it so if I wanted a faster order I’ll order a menu item next time.
Next time: order a standard number 7. Takes 15 mins again. Everyone else ordering standard menu items get their order in half the time.
Mistakenly believe this is a fluke and order a number 7 again on my next visit. This time it takes 17 mins and comes out cold.
Literally, the only time that I have gotten decent service here is when I go to the busier lunch time and order spicy deluxe.
If that is all they can make properly at this location, take everything off the menu.
