Half my chicken sandwich was raw when i took a bite of it. and i called and no one answered or called back since i left a voicemail. I didn’t want to make a huge deal of it , but it makes me mad how unprofessional they are. I’ve been sick since last night, my toilet is probably tired of me.

I know that CFA will never build a restaurant with a parking lot big enough to handle the amount of customers during lunch but this is one of the worst ones I’ve been too. I swear this location was designed by a first grader. It is designed for cars to get in a jam and the employees trying to keep cars moving were hilarious.

The food was good. Unfortunately, they forgot the granola for my parfait (so it was just yogurt and fruit) and the salsa for my husband’s breakfast burrito. The drive through line moved pretty quickly.

This Chick-fil-A once upon a time was my all time favorite breakfast restaurant. Then we moved away from this area. We decided to come back and visit some friends back in this area and wanted to try our old favorite restaurant. It wasn’t as good as I remember but it was still pretty delicious. If we do return to this area in the future we will stop here again.

My trip on 07/13 was my worst. Long line @ 2p on Thursday? Got to the window and told to pull forward (but there was a vehicle directly in front me). Told to go around vehicle but not able to until said vehicle moved. Runner with my food was already bringing my order to me even before I pulled into a parking spot. Does not make sense to have customer move from window only to have someone bring food out to them less than a minute later. Vehicle behind me was still at window so attempt to make line move quicker was a total fail.

Avoid this Chick-fil-A. Their customer service is terrible. We constantly have to go back up there because they always forget something. And when we do, they give us an awful look, as if we’re lying. We always show them our receipts, but they still act as though we’re making it up. Just avoid this place altogether unless you enjoy having an incorrect order every time.

It’s your typical Chick-fil-A. The atmosphere is pretty stale in regards to personality and originality, I mean its a global chain ♀️. It is closed on Sundays per corporate religious nonsense ideals, regardless, the food is always great and comes out very fast. Typical fast food with really great food, especially the chicken. Always hot, always quick at this location. Can’t say about some other locations I have been to.

Have never had an issue with Chick-fil-a’s quality until this trip. Ordered the Cobb Salad– the majority of the lettuce in it had gone limp and red in color, resulting in a funky taste due to its age. Haven’t had any issues with other locations, but I would avoid this one.

This location has really lost their customer service. The last three times I went here they’ve gotten my order wrong and all the staff act like they’re high and you have to repeat what you’re saying numerous times because they’re so out of it. The last time I came I did an online order and they refused me my food because they stated I didn’t pay. I showed in the app & ALSO my bank account that the money was taken, but they still stated on their side it didn’t show& I had to pay again. In the middle of the discussion the manager just grabs the bag and yells, “I’m not dealing with this y’all!” & threw the bag at me which caused the soup to come out of the bag and spill all over the floor, and they refused to get me another soup because I “still didn’t pay”. Terrible TERRIBLE service, please go else where.
