We stopped here this evening for our first-ever Chick-fil-A meals and were dutifully impressed with the quality of the food (fluffy chicken tenders), speed of service, and polite and hustling employees collecting orders outside in multiple drive-thru lanes and inside at a service counter. Negatives included lack of table and rest room cleanliness.

Don’t go there anymore. I disagree with their corporate stance on racism. Yes they say they are a Christian company, are closed on Sunday, but the owner/leadership is wrong on the way to fix racism. We’re supposed to go find a person of color and shine their shoes. They now have a show shining kit in their stores.

Looks like the lackluster manner culture has hit what I considered to be the epitome of well mannered restauranteurs. Perfect, but expensive, peach shake saved a star for this visit. Area around pickup window was very trashy, atypical for Chik Fil A, fellow handing out food missed the mark with courtesy, acting more like he thought he was being charming with conversation. Seldom in the area of a CfA often, we left wondering if we’d return to this location. If you’re ok with good food and marginal courtesy, stop on in!

This location is usually busy but for a reason. Employees are always friendly, informative and helpful. The food is always warm and delicious! My husband being a Californian didn’t understand Chick-fil-A but has come to love it I’ve never been inside but the play space looks pretty awesome.

We ordered a to-go family breakfast through the app, and the pick-up process was fast and painless. We had to wait about five minutes in the idling area of the line, which was fine. Everything was hot and the order was accurate.

One of the greatest acts of customer service I have ever received! They have my business from now on. We showed up about 20 minutes before closing as we were communicating from out of state and looking for something to eat. They unfortunately forgot a couple of our chicken sandwiches. They reached out and made sure we were taken care of to the highest degree. In the following week, I received a handwritten letter along with a couple of vouchers apologizing for the confusion. I do not know of any other company willing to go out of their way to make things right. If you’re hungry, look no further. The Chick-fil-A in rogers is where the food is hot and tasty!

My family and I are CFA aficionados so when we were in the Rogers area recently we were eager to try out this location. We ordered on the mobile app and picked up in the drive through. The wait was longer than we’re used to at CFA, long enough for my wife to take our daughter in to use the restroom and note that they were also not as clean as we’re used to at other CFAs. When we did finally receive our food, there were a couple of errors with the order. We didn’t notice them until we drove away so I can’t comment on how they might have handled that if we’d addressed it. We’ve noticed a decline in cleanliness, quality, and customer service at a number of the CFAs we’ve been to around the country recently, and, unfortunately this CFA seems to follow that trend.

Chick-fil-A is good in general but what makes it even better is its customer service. I haven’t dined in at this particular location but the service is always super quick even during lunch time and they are always super friendly. So even if I see that it’s packed, I still pull up to the drive-thru knowing they’ll be quick, friendly, and efficient. And what’s best, they have gluten free buns wrapped individually!!!
