I recently visited the Chick-fil-A drive thru and was happy with the delicious waffle fries and Mac n cheese! The wait time at this location can sometimes be a bit lengthy, but the friendly staff at the drive thru window made it worth the wait. The waffle fries were the best I’ve ever had and the Mac n cheese was a great addition to the meal. If you’re in the area and looking for a delicious treat, I highly recommend giving this location a try!

There were 2 pieces of small black hair in my Mac and cheese, the manager David Flores refunded me 9 bucks but refused the other 4 bucks for the chicken. He said “ did you bring the chicken back” No I ate it first, which made me think maybe he thought I placed the hair on there, Anyway; it was 2 small black pieces of coiled hair. One piece still had a hair seed on it like it was plucked from a pubic area. He constantly offered me coupons, he was apologetic but refused 4 bucks because 4 bucks is a huge deal right, but offering free coupons simultaneously. Makes perfect sense.

Service is always excellent. Food is always amazing. We’ve been to Chick-fil-A in several cities and states, and we’ve never been disappointed. They are constant with their wonderful service and outstanding menu. This location was no different. When we look at restaurants, we take service into consideration as much, if not more so, than the food. This time, we had 3 different interactions with staff and each one was pleasant. Drive-through is almost always packed. The staff are excellent, and they come out during rush hours to efficiently collect orders. The food is good, just what you’d expect from Chick-Fil-A.

I haven’t really ever had bad experiences at any Chick-fil-A. However, this one -the staff was excellent! We were on the road very early in the morning, never had breakfast at Chick-fil-A. We were tired, hungry and couldn’t make up our mind on what to order. The cashier lady was patient and super sweet to us and my kids. Everything was clean and refreshing. We were fascinated over the electronic garbage cans. Breakfast tasted great for fast food. The staff was super friendly…and it was 8am!

I went with my mother and her boyfriend for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. This was the first time I had ever eaten there. The food was incredible. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was busy the entire time we were there but the staff continued with the same smiles they served us with. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I will definitely go back as often as I am able to!❤

I ordered on the app at 8:26pm tonight, checked in at 8:32 and didn’t get my order until 8:54pm and all I ordered was one salad. Not one single person acknowledged me when I walked in and never asked what I was waiting on. They were plenty staffed with at least 12 people up front that I counted. One person was stocking and one was wiping trays they were both just talking to each other, and 2 in lobby, and one just standing talking to the other 2. Then when I finally did get my salad I didn’t get the extra dressing I ordered, the dried peppers, the side of blue cheese I ordered, or a fork to even eat it with. 3 other customers were all missing items on their orders too. Also, The manager was biting his fingernail and never washed his hands and went to hand out an order. I travel for work and this was By far my worst experience at a Chic-fil-a between 3 states that I travel between.
