Drove from Canada to come here. Waited 40 min for 3 meals. Thought I’d share a nugget meal with my daughter but was shocked at the size of the nuggets. There were also no seating and they forgot a fountain pop and iced coffee which took the additional 10 min to retrieve.

Our Chicken fillet sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries were cooked to perfection! It was very busy, but we had to wait less than 5 minutes. Oh, my husband loves their chocolate chunk oatmeal cookies! The best cookie of any fast food restaurant. He’s tried them all. And if you are out on a cold winter day, their chicken noodle soup is delicious! I’ve personally have eaten it many times!

Listen, the food was still solid. It’s Chick-fil-A. Even their off day is better than most places on their best. But when you break tradition, when you skip the sacred response, the universe notices.

Jeremy made our day. After asking if they had military discount he said ” it is on me” he comped both mine and my wive’s meal. I certainly wasn’t expecting that. The place was busy but the service was great, the food was great and the restaurant was clean! We will differently stop back our next time we are in Fargo.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. The food was great. It was hot and milkshakes delicious this is a fantastic place. Obviously run absolutely with the greatest of care and customer service worth every penny paid.

This Chick-Fil-A was chaotic with the staff moving all around, but the line was not moving inside the restaurant. I won’t even talk about the 2 lane drive thru. The food is always fantastic, which is why I tolerate so much. A couple of staff members ignored me while standing at the register. Yes, they saw me. Another member wiped his nose with his hand, then proceeded to touch the register and start filling drink orders. Eww! It’s a good thing I keep sanitizing wipes in my car to wipe my lip of any contamination. No, I am not a germ-a-phobe.

I usually love Chick-fil-A and have great experiences, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered an 8-count nugget meal and was given the wrong item instead. I didn’t realize until I got home, which was frustrating. The food also wasn’t what I expected because of the mix-up. I’m hoping this was just a one-time mistake, but accuracy really matters to me

My husband and I both ordered a breakfast chicken biscuit. One had a very small piece of chicken that didn’t even reach the edges of the biscuit. The other one had a gigantic piece of chicken that spilled outside the biscuit. I took it up to the counter and showed an employee who basically said that sometimes that happens. He said “I could see if I could get you something but it probably wouldn’t be much”. I was more irritated that they didn’t even offer to take that information back to quality control. Very disappointed in their response.

The food is very good, but there is a small problem that when I order, sometimes my sauce or fries are not available, but overall, the food is delicious, the service is excellent, the cleanliness is great, and the staff are friendly.
