One of my wife and my favorite places to ha e date night. The food is good although the fries are usually way to heavily salted and seasoned. Steaks have always been cooked the way requested. The mixed drinks could be more consistent in proportion of ingredients. Atmosphere is very loud as well but it’s usually very busy and is to be expected. Also sometimes the wait can exceed one hour. Overall it’s a good place for a date or family meal.

Love the food! Servers are great. However the girls at the front desk are so rude to people! Honestly I was so disgusted with how they looked at people and talked to people . I seen multiple eye rolls and then the 2 girls would whisper to each other. Truly sad. I was most definitely not the only person who noticed.

Have eaten many times there with great results. However this was the worst food we ever received. The steak was not cooked to medium with blood running out of it. It was sent back for additional cooking and 20 minutes latter it was returned. It had no flavor and easy very dry. The prime rib was awful. It didn’t even look like prime rib. After eating a small part of it I became sick. The worst dining experience we have ever experienced!!!

This was absolutely the worst service and food experience I’ve had at a Texas Roadhouse! Our food was NOT cooked the way we ordered it, my grilled shrimp was served to me raw on a skewer, our steaks were half raw, we asked for medium well. Our server all but disappeared after taking our order. Had to stop and ask other workers for things we needed. We told her about the shrimp, she took it and disappeared AGAIN! DO BETTER! This is unacceptable service!! We’re about to walk out!!!

Ok, I feel like a Karen but I have to review this place. Walked in. Was not greeted. My family and I stood there waiting as they greeted others right past us. Then they greeted us. But didn’t wait long for that. The place was absolutely freezing! Its 35 degrees outside and also inside it felt like. I was blowing cold smoke while breathing. The place seemed busy so I figured the food would be good. The waitress/service was perfect! My wife’s food she said was good. My oldest said the broccoli was sour and steak was dry. My middle child was wondering why there was corn pieces in her mashed potatoes. Now mine. I owned a Burger resturant. Thanks to covid, I couldn’t keep it staffed. I always order burgers where ever I go. I ordered a well done cheese burger. Well done does not mean over done! It was so dry! You can make a juicy burger well done, its not hard. And it would of been nice to have an actual slice of tomato, but I just got a stem cap of a tomato. Also, my fries looked like they were chewed up and spit out on my plate. It is what it is I guess, but I wont be spending another $100 here. This place only gets 3 stars due to the waitress was great.
