Placed an online order so everything would be correct on my order. Got to the location checked in so the order. Got to the pick up and they acted like my order was never placed. Parts of my order were made and ready but there was some issue on their end. Finally got the food after a really long wait (which is abnormal for chickfila) but they forgot the large Mac n cheese from the order and we only realized after they gave us everything and we left

Walked in at 10:57 am. and in line with one customer at register…. and only one employee at register(I felt bad for her as she looked frustrated.) I waited 7 minutes to place an order. It is now 11:18 as I sit and enjoy my meal, and still, only one register opened, about 6 people inline, more come in, and a few left. I do see a manager cleaning tables, but then there are other managers who seem to just walk in circles, talking, and other employees are standing around. For this reason, I gave overall 2 stars.

I’m not to happy with this Chick fil a location lately. Last week I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and when I opened it there was no chicken even on the sandwich. Today I give them another try as mistakes happen but yet again my order was messed up. I asked for lite ice I received none in my drink. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich add bacon. I get all the way home my sandwich is missing the bacon so I drive all the way back and wait in a long line once again to get the correct sandwich. All they did was hand me a side of bacon out the drive thru window. Really? Why wouldn’t you remake the sandwich especially since now it’s been 30 minutes and it’s cold now. Any other establishment would have. I’m good on not coming here anymore!

1st time customer this week, my 5yr old wanted to try it so I said I guess. Let me tell you, I now get the hype. One of the best chicken sands I’ve had. I’ve never seen a drive thru mandoor with staff taking orders and that’s amazing creating so many jobs while other takeout restaurants are going digital. Super clean busy but fast fast and happy staff. Well be back!

Went to the Cuyahoga Falls location during the morning hours. It was my first experience ever to Chick Fil A. I can see why people talk so highly about the customer service it was amazing. The food was as good also. Restaurant was extremely clean and smelled good walking in.

The line moved along, but when you got to the checkout, they told you there was no coffee made and it would take about 9 min. They could of told us when we ordered. So you know your not going to wait so they offered pop, orange juice. Just dissapointed. FOOD was good

Everyday customer here. I also come here as a dasher frequently. I’ve even built a rapport with some of the employees as they recognize me lol. When I’m here as a customer, I almost always use the drive thru. I’m treated far differently than when I come in here as a dasher. Specifically 2 of the older male managers have an issue with dashers and have given me and other delivery drivers a hard time out of pure spite it seems. it’s always over the same little things like me asking for an extra bag with handles so I can easily carry my order. I have done this in the past, but now more than ever since i have a thumb injury which makes it hard to grasp things. Few days ago, came in for a doordash after going thru the drive thru earlier with no issues, older manager with glasses rolls his eyes when I politely ask him for a bag with handles and says “you know you dashers should have bags it’s required by the app” he’s loud and wrong but that has no bearing on the fact that I need a bag with handles so I can easily grasp the items without risking it being dropped or injuring my hand further. way to be a completely ignorant individual that lacks empathy. Then I came back to complain, where he says “I wasn’t rude to you, in fact you’re rude!” And continues to act like a child in front of customers and raising his voice at me while arguing about how doordash requires bags. It’s amazing really that he wasn’t asked to stop at all. I won’t be back though. I tried to reach out to the owner and haven’t been successful. I’ll go to the fairlawn location

Not sure what the difference is, but for some reason the macaroni and cheese at this location hasn’t been as good. Before it was like someone’s grandma was in the back making it every day, now it’s like that grandma showed one of their grandkids the recipe and they took a trial run at making it, and failed.
