The sausage mcmuffin was great. However, the iced Caramel Macchiato was almost totally as light as milk. I asked them to re-do but it didnt come out much better. I love using the app. The points seem to add up fast.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO ORDER YOUR FOOD AT ! not to long ago maybe a few days ago me and a few of my family members came here to grab food and go, the worst 30-40 mintues ever! They will have you sitting outside waiting for your good until it gets very cold. So when we proceeded to come in there was a pretty young girl in the front I can’t really remember what she was doing exactly but she did look like she was having a rough day already the manager was talking to her filthy very rude and it really looked like it it made her very uncomfortable. When we received our food we thought everything was good when we pulled off we noticed we were missing a fried and 6 piece nugget and the burger was still cold! CORPORATE SHOULD BE CALLED IMMEDIATELY!

UPDATE: I’d like to address the reply from McDonald’s which states “We’d like to look into this further for you. Please Contact Us”. I have contacted them numerous times regarding this issue. I say as much in the original review. It is clear they do not read these, and are simply spaming links to their customer care page to appear responsive.

In December I placed an online order for pickup. After waiting about 10 minutes we went to the restaurant and checked into our spot. After 30 minutes of waiting with the app saying our order was still processing and watching numerous customers that arrived after us served and sent on their way I went into the restaurant. The employee at the counter first accused me of not checking in “if you don’t check in we don’t know you’re here”. I showed them my phone (they then took the liberty to scroll on my device without asking) and that I had in fact been checked in for a good while. They then stated “well it’s ont on our screen” turned to a small table and handed me my food, now cold, without any apologies or attempt to make it better by replacing it with hot food. We threw out much of it when we got home as it was inedible at that point.
I needed to get home, so I didn’t ask to speak to management that night. Especially since it was dinner rush. I then contacted McDonalds through the app. Four attempts and the only response I got was from a restaurant in Colorado over a month later. Attempts to contact them through Scotts Family McDonalds page also went without any response outside of the canned corporate McDonalds response.
I have over 10,000 points in the app which expired on the first of the month, and I was not even a little tempted to use them after this incident. Previous experiences there were mostly what you’d expect of a McDonald’s, some fell short of that expectation, but this was a new level of poor customer service.

Much like cookout I did not go inside this McDonald’s on this trip! But I have been inside this McDonald’s before. The food was pretty standard for McDonald’s, except for the fact that the french fries were ice cold and tasted like they had no salt on them at all. Which really disappointed me because normally I would expect better from McDonald’s! I have been a big advocate from McDonald’s and how they’ve stepped up their game the past few years and this really altered my opinion on this location at the very least! But on the franchise as a whole! The service was decent at this McDonald’s, but it’s about the same. It’s kind of service you could get at any other McDonald’s across the country. Ultimately, I don’t hate this McDonald’s. I just want them to do better because this was the go to McDonald’s that I went to when I lived in that state for eight years and they have been like this since I lived there.

The trash was the first thing we saw when we came in. The cashier was not paying attention when we approached the counter and barely paid attention when ordering. We wanted to dine in and large meals but was rung up as medium to go. Fries were cold, and the burgers were old. The whole store is dirty, and the staff was more concerned with their conversations than taking care of the store or customers.

I pulled up in the drive through. The woman that took my order was very rude very unfriendly short and snappy. She proceeded to not respond when i asked a question or asking “could i have”. My food was very cold, the fries were old and it was all around a bad experience.

Went here for the 1st time today. The people were real friendly and happy towards the customers. The manager though likes to bark orders loud in front of the customers which in my opinion is embarrassing for the staff and awkward for the customers.
I will go there again but will stop if she continues as there are a bunch of restaurants around here to go to.

Over 15+ people working. Had 2 orders before getting backed up . Manager proceeds to blame parked vehicle in a parking spot for slowness and then taunts “we’re best in the region” . Crew is not even mediocre on its best day let alone best in the region LOL real professional. Pitiful.

This is a good McDonald’s. The staff is nicer than normal and try very hard to get your order correct. It was remodeled in the last few years and it’s nice and modern on the inside. It does have those computer kiosks for ordering – please do not use them because it is only going to lead to people losing their jobs. Also, the Play Area is a really good one with lots of fun things for the kiddos.
