6 cars went thru the inside line while the outside line never moved. When we finally got our turn, they asked us to wait and it was another 5 minutes. Lines should move together. Frustrating. Window personnel never smile or say thank you. At least food was hot.

Literally pissed my pants because they had closed the dining room at 9:40pm, 20 minutes before both the doors and the McDonald’s website says the dining room should be closed. Did not end up going through the drivethru afterwards, will not be returning, thanks for nothing.

This McDonald’s is always a let down. Haven’t been in months because of the poor service and messing up orders. Tried this morning, arrived at 8 AM, drive thru packed, inside closed, workers standing at door and cannot get inside. Will not be back. BK across street, great service and good food.

Service was fast. But the play place was dirty. The inside was sticky and didn’t look like they cleaned it at all. Pretty disappointed. If you just want food, you’re good. But I’d suggest going to the one in Tipp if you want a clean play place. This one just wasn’t clean enough for me.

When I go out I do NOT want to place my order on a keyosk and be expected to track my kids. Play place put of order because no worker. What happened to the worker who use to take the orders. Never again will I go into a McDonald’s any time. Then forget to give me drink cups I also have to get myself with 3 and 4 yr old.

This is a good McDonald’s. The staff is nicer than normal and try very hard to get your order correct. It was remodeled in the last few years and it’s nice and modern on the inside. It does have those computer kiosks for ordering – please do not use them because it is only going to lead to people losing their jobs. Also, the Play Area is a really good one with lots of fun things for the kiddos.

Does not do well under pressure. If a long line hits this location, be sure to triple check your order at the location. Too many times have they missed items under holiday or rush traffic
