I eat at this location three times a week, and it is probably one of the most well-managed locations in the state, as far as I am concerned. The staff is what makes this location outstanding. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Eugene keeps the dining room thoroughly clean and makes each guest feel welcome and at home. He takes outstanding care of me and the kids I take care of. Luz, Ebone, and Joshua always give me extremely excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable of the menu, and they are very patient and kind with me as I work my way through the order. Ebone always brings a smile to my face, and I have gotten to where I genuinely look forward to my visits here. The kids enjoy the awesome playground, and we are very thankful to have the employees at this restaurant work so diligently to provide a clean and safe atmosphere where we can enjoy our awesome food!

2nd time coming in here. Both times terrible service. This time, they gave me 2 wraps, left out my sandwich. Went back up there. Got back to seat it’s the wrong sandwich. Are they not even listening to you? The table top was also covered in ketchup that i had to wipe. And they have the soda machine closed off for customers eating inside. These kids’ work ethic is in the toilet, and wow speaking of toilets, the bathroom prolly hasn’t been cleaned since it opened, smells literally like a urinal and ur standing in piss in there. Chick FIL A or maybe just this one is going down the drain.

First time at Chick-Fil-a today! Of course it was at 11:30 am, lunch rush. But I can not say it was worth all the hype. The food was good, but not excellent. The people were friendly, and Eugene the dining room attend stop by the table many time to assist us. The friendly staff gained you a star but it was not for the food.

Food is great of course! Drive thru service is not efficient. It’s best to use app and go inside to pick up. One of the girls who work in the morning is not friendly. No “My Pleasure”. Since this location is in my daily route, I go at least 2 days a week.

Never thought I would give Chick-fil-a less than 5 stars but on this occasion I am because of the size of the chicken breast on both the sandwiches I ordered. It’s the thinnest chicken I have ever seen from Chick-fil-a. It looks as if they took a half chicken breast, cut it in half and then served it on the sandwich. For the cost you now pay, you should at least be getting same size as before, not less. Service and staff was great as usual but sorely disappointed in quality and size of the filet. #Chick-fil-A

#1.) The past 6-10 times I’ve been there, the fries are not cooked well, they are soggy and kinda raw. I understand if it’s once or twice but it’s been EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO. I worked at Chick-fil-A for 2 years and was a trainer and team leader. Fries here are not quality=crispy on outside and soft on inside.

I was made a chicken sandwich a little earlier than usual before the lunch shift. I usually do not make requests like this but I was on the road and had ran in bathroom and had someone order for me. I just said a chicken sandwich and jumped out of car not realizing it was still breakfast. They made it anyways. That shows they are very dedicated crew at this establishment. The owner should be proud of his team. Everything tasted great.

I was dine in and they bagged it as door dash, which was fine no big deal. But they left out my 3 hash browns and when I went to tell them they acted like I was lying. Saying they put them in the bag but they did not. Very rude.
