If I could give a zero on the review I would! This chick Fil A location has the most rude employees of all the chick fil A’s I have been to. I went there more than 10 years ago and had a very similar experience.
Traveling through Montgomery Al this morning, we decided to grab a quick breakfast. The coffee was not correct, they forgot creamer, and the vanilla sweetener that I paid extra for. One young girl handed us our bag with a smug look on her face, by the time we got to the window, I had the opportunity to ask for creamer and some Splenda. I decided not to engage about the vanilla flavoring I requested.
10 years ago when I stopped at this location, I chalked it up to maybe the staff was having a bad day. that is not the case! Maybe it is just the area. The employees at the window this morning are absolutely not your norm for this company! They all need to have a class on how to smile and be gracious! Good heavens, be grateful for your job and do it well! Life will be a lot easier for you if you change your outlook. I am so thankful I do not live in this area!

If I could give a zero rating I would. Last Friday I went to get a side salad add a whole egg my order was so messed up that at the window the young guy that was working asked me what my order was, I have never had a bad experience with any chick fila until last Friday my order was $5 when the manager Angeltha walked over instead of making things right she not only spoke to her worker demeaning because the order was wrong she threw her other worker who took my order under the bus claiming she was new and she red flagged the egg I do not work at chick fila why in the world would I know their verbiage I am a customer… she the proceeds to tell me the whole egg would be 77 cent I was not going to swap my card again after she admitted to it being their mistake for a whole egg so instead of giving me the egg she held it in her hand I then asked for corporates number and a refund she brought back corporates number on a paper napkin as if I were trash treating your customers that was an your employees is completely insane when i reached out to corporate I was Informed that it was not okay for her to do that also that I would receive notice from the operator which is the owner not email nothing they all are acting clueless this incident is not okay I am assuming the manger angeltha who is highly unprofessional didn’t seem to care because she knew the operator Stewart would not care at all about the way she treats her customers and staff very disappointed since no one will reach out to me about this disheartening incident I will be taking further steps this could have all been avoided this location is terrible

As a pastor, I try to resolve my issues first with the management before going to social media. I called, I don’t know if it was the store manager but she was totally unethical. She displayed no integrity whatsoever regarding the situation. We as people need to spend our money with businesses who care to some degree. The worst Chick-fil-a I have ordered from. Please take my advice and stay away!!!!

I visit this location at least three times a week since I work next door, and today’s experience was disappointing. The employee who took my order didn’t repeat it back to me, which should have been my first warning sign. I specifically asked for no tomatoes or lettuce due to a food allergy, yet both were still on my sandwich.
To top it off, there was no ketchup included for my fries. It was just an overall frustrating experience, especially as a regular customer.

I went through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A Midtown FSU (Montgomery, AL) and had just started eating when I found a long black hair inside one of my chicken nugget. Not on it – INSIDE. It even got stuck in my teeth. It was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even finish the rest of my food after that. This was a really nasty experience, and I expected much better hygiene and quality control from this location. Truly disappointed.

So I usually don’t post reviews but I really like this chick fil a. For one the bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. As for the service they were in the middle of lunch rush so it was packed but they still took my order and had my food out in five minutes. They did forget one of my sauces and my drink but that’s a minor detail that Eugene fixed for me in seconds. Speaking of Eugene he’s an older gentleman who’s always moving and staying busy helping with peoples orders and asking people if they need refills. He’s doing a great job and I’d give him a tip if I could.

I went through drive thru yesterday to do 4 orders, I showed my order on the paper written and also told her that I want grilled chicken nuggets and gave me fried nuggets. She gave me wrong order. They have to start either listening or read carefully. I can’t believe they missed on both. I was at work, usually on clock, called to tell them you gave me wrong order. She told me to bring it back for exchange. I told her I can’t come back until my work ends in the evening. The Chick fil staff need to honor their mistakes. I was hungry when I got the order and you want to be hungry entire day or spend again on food. It was really disappointing experience.

The chicken biscuit was good although the biscuit was small. The hashbrowns were greasy, and the fruit cup was delicious. Although the yogurt parfait was not what I expected I think I’ll stick with Publix on that.

Very disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. My daughter picked up food from the Midtown FSU (Montgomery, AL) drive-thru and found a long black hair cooked inside her chicken nugget. Not only was it gross-it actually got stuck in her teeth, She couldn’t even finish her meal. As a mom, this is really upsetting. We’ve always trusted Chick-fil-A for quality and cleanliness, but this experience was unacceptable.

Food is great of course! Drive thru service is not efficient. It’s best to use app and go inside to pick up. One of the girls who work in the morning is not friendly. No “My Pleasure”. Since this location is in my daily route, I go at least 2 days a week.
