The service at this place is always stellar and the staff seems eager to help. The food is good with the exception of the chicken wrap that I had last Friday, totally gross. Tasted like a 7-Eleven chicken wrap that was left in the fridge for 3 days. Probably my fault expecting that it was a hot and fresh made chicken wrap, no where on the description online did it say it was cold, so I had to throw it out, waste of $15. Anything else on the menu however is always good.

I ordered through the app for curbside pick-up with it, giving me a 4-10 wait time. 30 minutes later, the app says my food is being brought out and still waiting and nothing. I go inside to figure out what’s happening, and my food is just sitting there and I ask them to check on my order, and they were like oh sorry. It’s not the first time he has had issues with this location. Sadly, service does not meet up to chick fil a standards. It’s also a disaster to get in and out due to their drive-through configuration.

This Chick Fil A restaurant has gone all the way down to the bottom of customer service ever since they got new management (the old manger Jude is now manager of Miramar & Flamingo). I came in and placed an order for 2 Chick Fil A biscuits and add egg and cheese to both. When i got my order one sandwich was correct and other was sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I asked them to simply switch out the sausage with chicken and it took them over 10 minutes to give me back my sandwich which by the way was now totally incorrect. I got back a chicken muffin. I understand they can run out of biscuits but how hard was it to just switch the sausage to chicken since the egg and cheese was already with the sandwich. But now they gave me a miffin I didn’t want with no egg since they said it’s passed 10:30 they can’t give me the egg I paid for .60. I was about to ask for a refund like I see people doing almost everyone I come to this specific Chick Fil A but it wouldn’t have even been worth my time since the dining room was already full of people waiting and they had a long line waiting for their order to be taken.

One of the worst locations of ChicFilA I have ever been to pickup. They missed something or gave us wrong item in every single menu item we ordered. There were no condiments, gave us wrong side for kids meal, missed kids juices, worst was the salad with missing dressing. Not one person had a satisfying meal tonight. Never going to this location again. Very disappointing.

I ordered online for pickup in store so it would be faster since their line is 30 minutes minimum EVERYTIME. I go inside to pick up, my food and they tell me a 20 minute wait when I ordered it 20 minutes prior!! So now we’re at 45 minutes waiting for food. I hate this location with a passion

This was the dirtiest store we have ever been too. Young man with curly short hair behind register was nice and busy. There was about 3 girls just standing around talking. They were not helpful at all. Astrid just walk around pretty much in circles after we asked for our drinks that were just sitting there. Sandwiches were good, fries were 80% crumbs. Overall the store needs good help.

I should have read the recent reviews before deciding to dine at this location; apparently this particular store is going downhill quickly. Chick-fil-A corporate should be made aware of how poorly this store is being run. The drive-thru moved slowly for such few vehicles (25min+ wait), food quality was not up to typical standards, and the employees as well as manager were extremely rude. As a regular customer, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A.

This Chick-Fil-a has lost its touch. Free chicken sandwich coupon was not honored and manager Deon didn’t even try to solve the issue. I was given an answer without any effort to resolve or look for a solution. Drive a little farther and go to the one on Flamingo and Miramar parkway we’re they are still motivated to offer good customer service

INCOMPETENCE!!! I have patronized this store several times, and it always the same they only have one register opened. Today, I placed my order at 2:35 pm, and I received my order at 3 pm. Twenty-five minutes later and after I asked to speak with the manager. It was learned that the overworked cashier took my name down wrong. Mind you my name is extremely common and easy to spell. Nevertheless, she wrote it wrong. Get more qualified employees and stop overworking the ones you have. You have a mine of a store and you are losing customers for human errors that are caused by over working employees. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL AND/OR INCOMPETENCE. PICK ONE!
