This rollout of the pretzel chicken sandwich has to be the most disappointing thing chick fil a has done. The burger is supposed to come with mustard and nobody seems to understand that. If you ask for any other sauce they’ll forget there was supposed to be mustard. Second time this has happened to me.

Chick-fil-A is always my favorite place to go, so I stopped by this one to get me a combo when I walk in the restaurant it was dirty No table was clean for me to sit and eat my food. The employees was all over the restaurant playing around The bread on the burger was saggy, and the fries was not tasting, right. I’ll never go back to this Chick-fil-A ever again.

I hate to do this and this actually may be Uber Eat’s fault but I don’t care because a message must be delivered. This message is that these people don’t give you sauce when you order via an app. I bought all this food and even ordered the sauce bottles on the app but alas no sauce. It actually highlights how unpalatable this food is without sauce and for all those reasons I am out. No more of this deep fried nonsense if they can’t even have the decency to toss in extra sauce packets into the order.
