The customer service at this location is typically not up to CF standards, unfortunately. We were really grateful for Justin this evening, though. He went out of his way when they were out of some of the ingredients needed for our food, to make sure we were taken well care of. I see him here regularly and he’s the only team member who consistently has great customer service.

We love CFL and this location is best for our home. We have been going here for years but recently with the drive thru changes it’s been a royal pain. They reduced 1 entire line for pickup orders only and honestly I have only seen 3 cars go through the multiple times we have been there. This place is extremely busy for only 1 line and parking is impossible. Of course now the wait times have doubled.

Definitely not the service you expect from Chick-fil-A, they cut off a whole lane for mobile orders which makes a much longer wait for literally everyone else.. the staff was more like McDonald’s staff… seemed like they hated their job. This owner needs to get his stuff in order. Never once heard my pleasure…

This is NOT the service of chick-fil-A that should be providing! It took 13 mins to get our food. It was cold! There was dirty tables that needed to be clean. Hardly any space to seat. We were missing some items from our order so I asked a worker for help. She gave me a look like I was bothering her so I said nevermind. Had to go wait in line AGAIN for another 4 mins for missing item. It was just a hot mess!!!!

I have been going to the same Chick-fil-A location for 20 years, and it has become the Slowest drive through of all the chicfilas in Jax!!! At 2pm in the afternoon on a weekday I waited 20 min from start to finish. They cannot afford to give up one whole lane to mobile orders yet they are doing so and it is costing them thousands and thousands of dollars in business and turning away disgruntled customers. Looks like this location is under poor management. I counted 10 employees standing around, waiting to do some thing. And when I complained to one of them, they made it seem like they were well aware of the complaints and the irritation that this location creates .While in the drive-through one lady even got out of her car to complain to a manager through the takeout window. I’m ready to avoid this location in the future and just go to other locations that function and are managed properly.

Of course the food is delicious. However they now have a system at the drive-thru that punishes everyone for customers not ordering through the mobile app. The line to get out was blocked for 5 minutes because there is one lane for mobile orders and one lane for drive-through orders. And they will not let a car who is not a mobile order in that lane. I think it needs to be reevaluated!
