I live next door to this Taco Bell and since I’m pregnant I’m here 24/7. I usually buy at night yet for some reason lately every time I order word for word “2 REGULAR Doritos taco please” I come home and get all supreme and have to throw away half my taco dripping with sour cream. No matter what I do they automatically give me supreme. Supreme also costs EXTRA. They are basically giving me free food I DONT WANT every time I go. Please just give me regular tacos!

They have the absolute worst customer service. They don’t help the customers and they are rude. My boyfriend loves Taco Bell this one sucks! The orders are always wrong or missing items. And the wait to even get your food is a joke! The older ladies that work here are the worst to deal with! I feel anyone who gives this place a good rating is an employee. Been here several times and its sucks!

Inside seating is available. Orders are accepted through kiosks only. Cash is accepted, but credit card orders take priority over cash when ordering. Drive through orders take priority over all inside orders, which is frustrating. Definitely was not fast. The food order was disappointing at this location on Clayton in Concord as the rice in one order was undercooked, and the chicken was tough. Other food items were as disappointing. It was not a pleasant experience at this Taco Bell restaurant. I will have to reconsider visiting in the future.

Lady at the drive through was rude and upset we used the app to place an order. Didn’t bother to check if our order was in and just told us to drive up. At the window we found out they never had it, and they refused to start it even if we paid a second time for the same food.

This is the fourth time I have received incomplete order. The order is either having missing items or is completely wrong. I don’t remember the last time I have received a correct order, either tacos are missing and the drinks are almost never delivered.

Always ask for a receipt. If you’re in a hurry for something quick and easy, don’t recommend most fast places between treat and ayers. Lately the only place that doesn’t disappoint nearby is Panda.
