The food was adequate, for what I expect from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have adequate staff for the lunch rush. I walked into the place at 11:55am, and despite being only the 6th customer in line, I didn’t receive my food until 12:20. There was only one staff person at a register to record and fulfill customer orders.

I got some nuggets and This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed chicken not cooked well at this location. No one wants salmonella and it’s okay to put some salt on the fries. I just put the rest of the nuggets in my air fryer. Please cook the chicken longer before this becomes an issue. I never have any of these issues in the Atlanta based locations but I live in Macon so I’d like NOT to travel out of Macon to eat at this business.

I stop and get breakfast or lunch here atleast once a week. The grilled chicken and egg white sandwich with a frosted coffee hits so good first thing in the morning. Not to mention, my toddlers chant “CHICK-FIL-A! CHICK-FIL-A!” everytime we get in the car, they love the kids nugget meals and I’m glad they are given little activity sticker packets or something other than a toy with their meals! And this location also serves the kids meals with bendy straws which is SO convenient and easier on the kids, bendy kids straws should be mandatory for all locations in my mom-opinion

Stopped here for a quick bite while traveling. We were welcomed by Chandra Amica with a big smile it is very refreshing and welcoming when you walk in a fast food restaurant. She was very pleasant and helpful, we really appreciated her presence and demeanor. Her smile lights up the room!
