Try the New Honey Pepper ️ Pimento Chicken sandwich and was so delicious , but yet it smaller then the original chicken sandwich i have the original also and it plain with a pickle and the chicken is much larger then on the new chicken sandwich which is price way higher then the original for a smaller piece of chicken. The service is very slow even when I order on the app and I been waiting for bout 15 mins just standing there waiting for my mobile order.

It’s ChikFilA. Always good for any meal and kids & adults alike. The breakfast bites and chicken tortilla soup are personal faves. The frozen lemonades and tea are amazing. No complaints here.

The set up for the drive thru was different but very effective, I loved it! I never felt ignored or not important, like at other drive thru’s. The staff is amazing, very polite and you can see that they enjoy what they do. The property was very clean and the food was freshly prepared. I have heard about the rules or guides that they operate under for that company, what they will and WILL NOT tolerate from their employees, I think it is how ALL businesses should operate.

Hit up the drive thru on a Friday evening about 5:30 pm. The line progressed quickly. Ordered a kids nugget meal with a peach shake. The nuggets were hot and I even got extra nuggets. The fries were a little old and not very warm. The peach shake was excellent. Standard Chick fil a customer service. No photos this time

Wonderful, friendly, courteous staff. We were waiting for others before we ordered and had an opportunity to watch them all in action. To a person they smiled and were oh so quick, no matter how busy they got. Once the others arrived I was a little worried as to how the food would be after they ended a huge rush of people. Boy was I wrong, hot, fresh and served with ” my pleasure” an outstanding example of the CFA culture.

CFA is always on point, in all areas.. This past visit, not so much.. Starting off, the cashier acted as if she would rather be anywhere else than there and was pretty rude.. No biggie, it was early, I can understand.. The big kicker was my order was incorrect on top of the attitude issue.. Unfortunately we don’t eat and drive in our Ambulances, so I didn’t realize this ’til we were back at work.. The food I did get was pretty good.. Just wasnt looking for spicy in my breakfast that morning and I ordered fruit, got tater tots.. So I will most definitely be checking my order from this location next time..

I don’t leave bad reviews often. I oftentimes overlook negative experiences, but a trend with our younger employee generation is too prevalent to go unregistered. The staff at this particular location we’re unpleasant and not typical of the Chik-fil-a experience. They seemed disinterested in serving and more annoyed that we were there to order food. My order was wrong, but I ate it anyways because I wasn’t convinced they cared enough to correct it. My son had a good time on the indoor playground. That was the highlight.
