I read the reviews and they were good about the food. Maybe it’s just me. This was the second time I’ve gotten biscuits and gravy. The first time the gravy was water literally. So I figured it was just a bad day. I returned today only to get the same results from the biscuits and gravy. If I wanted to drink my gravy I would have them put it in a cup. When I called to let them know I was given major attitude. Won’t be visiting this location anymore!!

I went inside the store and used the kiosk to order but had to look for someone to come to the register (I paid cash). The employees were having so much fun talking and joking around with each other – it was nice to hear laughter and people getting along well at a service job. The food was great!

There’s always a 80/20 percent chance that whomever is taking your order sounds like they don’t wanna be bothered, but the two ladies at both windows when I paid and picked up my order where pleasant. Drive-thru was fast this morning and my order was well made.

Despite claiming to be open 24 hours, they apparently stop taking orders at some point in the night. Despite an employee saying they would be open again soon, we waited 45 minutes before leaving. I completely understand needing to close for cleaning etc., but that should be reflected in their posted hours.

Clean space. The gentleman (12:30 pm) in the yellow shirt cleaned the place efficiently. Real dedication. The woman cashier, greeted my family with warmth and though, it was busy, made sure we were recognized. It was one of my best experiences at a McDonald’s.

Terrible.. they claimed they lost the order from the app. That i prepaid. Had to recreate the order. Just for giggles, i added a Soda. They then said there was no soda with that order. Obviously, they had the order. And after all that, we were shorted 3 apple pies. They weren’t even busy.

Expect to wait a while during and around peak hours. Even without a high volume of cars their drive thru moves slower than normal. Food is usually hot and fresh, however and orders are accurate. Certainly one of the higher performing fast food restaurants in the area.

I’ve been to worse McDonald’s. They are quick enough, the drive thru stays moving (unless your there after midnight then it’s a crawl but I don’t blame em) and the managers are friendly.
