Worst chick fila I ever been to horribly slow, I order my food through the mobile app and still have to wait 10 minutes every time for my food to be ready I can barely ever enjoy my food on my lunch break because the staff is incredibly slow & move with out concern I literally throw half my food away every time I come her because it takes 10-15 minutes for my order and the & the sunjoys are are disgusting blending tea with lemonade isn’t rocket science

the service here is always so good but to whoever it was said I had an attitude when I asked for my drink made me upset because for one I didn’t, i said “may I please have my drink” and two it was apart of the order previously called so I just asked after my friend grabbed the food since they forgot it before. I feel like she thought I was someone being rude but no the orders were together. that dead ruined my mood because i was literally trying to just grab my drink politely and leave.

this location has the WORST customer service I have experienced. The cashier was rude and did not communicate clearly, acted like I was stupid because I couldn’t understand what she was asking me. Then she put the wrong name on my order and the other staff made fun of me for not my order was ready, when they put the wrong name on it. The whole interaction was bizarre, I felt like I was dealing with a clique of mean girls rather than staff of a business.

Usually go here to eat in between my days and employees are nice. But it can get very busy. Would not recommend eating here if your classes are close in time. I waited for 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries.

Worst service ever! No matter how busy you are, learn how to AT LEAST respect customers, stop messing up our names and leaving us receipt with wrong stuff. At least learn how to check with us before placing the order. They do this for more than one time since I am a student here. Sometimes I even feel they are being racist. If you cannot even order food properly, go quit and find something else to do in other industries. Shame! Train your customers if you are branching.

Chick fil A on Georgia State campus, is quite busy but orders move fast. My daughter attends GSU and since I went to visit her we went to grab a bite with her and her friends. Service was good as well.
