I visited this chick fila a today at 8 pm. I was not greeted for over 5 minutes. Several employees were milling about apparently preparing for closing at 9. Finally the person sloshing the water on the floor stopped and took my order. I had to repeat it 3 times because she was barely paying attention. The food took long to be delivered to me and it was not pleasant listening to the floor scrubber while I ate. The chicken was good but the tomatoes slices were not appetizing at all.

This location is hit or miss. On several occasions my order has been wrong, fries had much salt on them one day I just threw them away (had gotten to far to turn around) and on today my fries are not even done

Not only was there a 45 minute wait to get your breakfast but when I did receive it, the #1 sandwich biscuit bottom was cut so thin it fell apart immediately. It made it impossible to hold and eat the sandwich at all. See the photo. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in 17 years eating at Chick-fil-A and this is their new store in Senoia GA which is unacceptable.

Great staff who work there. That take great care of handling food for people with food allergies. Friendly staff and clean and cozy establishment. However I just wish they had more allergy friendly foods available. Like several other places in the area. And the gluten free bun itself is $3.00. Fruit cups $5. Then basic salad is $9.00. It costs to have food allergies. But that goes for several places

Ordered a number 1# breakfast combo on a bun, they gave me the biscuit anyway so I had to eat just the chicken. The food was hot and tasty I don’t eat biscuits so I was still hungry.

I ordered curbside this morning on the way to school since we were running behind. The restaurant and drive thru were not busy but it still took 10 minutes to get our order. When we get our food out, one sandwich was awful. The English muffin wasn’t toasted well and it was as literally split in half. After dropping my child off (no breakfast now, thanks) I had to drive back since no one answers the phone. This isn’t the first time our food has been bad at this location. I guess we will just drive to Starr’s Mill from now on.

We ordered 3 meals and none of the sandwiches or the nuggets were hot. The fries were but not the other stuff. The staff were polite and professional as always thou. They are still number 1 with getting their orders out.

I just heard they hired a DEI executive. I won’t eat at any place that bows to groups like black lives matter. While blacks do matter, that group is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. They seek to enrich themselves at the cost of black life. These corporations need to remember to stay out of social justice and just serve a good sandwich.

Restaurant was slow. Chicken sandwich was just about cold.. fries were soggy, not typical crispy chikfila standard at this place. Fries tasted like they was refried in the deep fryer and spicy chicken sandwich was reheated. Won’t be back to this location.
