The fish tacos were filled up to the max so they have good portions.
Just wished they used a different fish for a more flaky texture. The meat was super soft like a flounder.
There’s plenty of parking and they have a salsa bar. Prices are reasonable. They especialize on Mexican seafood but also have other dishes.

The first time visiting this place, the lady at the cash register had an attitude right from the beginning. The fish and shrimp tacos were good. I also got a tostada mixta which tasted very fishy, not a good type of fishy but like the seafood was sitting out fishy. Overall the food was good, maybe I got a bad batch on my tostada. I do recommend their tacos, though.

The actual location is not in use, they’re using a culichi food truck to serve food outside their location, when we arrived the young lady that was taking our order was completely rude, any time we were asking her questions regarding the menu because they do not have their menu on the truck, it’s culichis menu. She would sigh and rolled her eyes. She looked displeased when taking our order. The salsas are not outside for you to grab, they have them inside the food truck, they forgot to ask us which salsas we wanted so when we noticed they were not inside our bag when we received our food, we asked if we could get some, she questioning us “oh querias salsas?” Any place you go eat tacos or burritos it’s common sense that salsas come with your food. She either was having a bad day, her first week on the job, or she just lacks people skills. When working in a place where you have to speak with people, it’s important you have the right people at the front of your business. They’re the first faces they see, and if the person you have in the front has an attitude or simply doesn’t look forward to assisting the customer. People will not want to go back to that location based off their first experience. We will definitely not be going back.

The city of Cudahy is currently a haven for illegal food vendors who don’t have business licenses, don’t have health permits, don’t follow COVID-19 protocols, don’t collect sales tax and block the sidewalks, doing all the above without remorse and thumbing their noses at authority. It’s nice to visit a place like Tacos Ensenada that follows all the rules and has tasty food at competitive prices. I love their carne asada burritos and horchata. On Tuesdays, they have 2 for 1 fish tacos as in the picture.

Great customer service, quality and cleanliness..The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious especially their ceviches and the fish tacos. The restaurant is very clean. We come back here 3 x a month..
