The people are very nice and respectful. What I really didn’t like was the drive thru is very tight. Also this really upset me. They didn’t use gloves when they made my ice cream cone. That’s just gross!!!

Wrong order on both Sandwiches, All restaurant floor, tables and condiments area was extremely unclean. The person who took our order(Madison) was not any friendly at all and her attitude was not the appropriate of a Chick-fil-A employee. I have seen lately in three different Restaurants in less than 8 days time period, that food, service and restaurant cleanliness is really diminishing substantially.

The layout of the store is pretty bad for the dine-in customers. They seem to be catering to 3rd party services and other people. The dining room is small. The entrance area is crowded because of the shelf for pick- up. The ordering counter is small and seems like a portable island for a kitchen.
