If you are first in line at opening and order the grilled chicken sandwich. It arrives with a distinct “heritage blend”: The full, savory essence of yesterday’s lunch rush still lovingly seared into the grill marks. Not quite fresh, but definitely more character than the alternative: the bright, chemical optimism of grill cleaner.
It’s almost thoughtful, like they’re saving the early birds from lemon-fresh disappointment. Just wish the flavor profile came with a vintage year label.

Literally every time I come to this Chick-fil-A my order never fails to be wrong. Kid at the drive thru had an attitude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Free will is a thing you could just simply quit. it’s just disappointing when you aren’t surprised something is messed up.

This is the third time I’ve came to the establishment and they have either gotten my order wrong or they filled the salad bowl with three pieces of chicken and that was it. The service was good and fast. However, I will not be returning to this chicfila.

I’m a local and have been eating at this location for years. Staff is always very courteous. Food is Not always what I would consider Chick-fil-A quality or standards. My last visit I tried the new Maple bacon chicken sandwich and was not impressed. Sandwich was cold, bread was a little stale, two very small pieces of bacon and chicken was only about 2/3 the size of the bun.

Just went here, ordered a burrito with no hash browns and usually I go to the poplar road one and get a regular sized burrito. Went here and they gave me like 1/3 of a burrito, it was tiny and when I said something they tried to tell me that nothing was wrong with it, “the burritos are premade” which they arnt I worked at chikfila for almost 4 hours years and I really didn’t like how I was being treated especially for it being chikfila.

I ordered a bowl of soup. Each time I order one that gets smaller and smaller. I normally transfer it into another bowl and I could’ve put this last order into a coffee cup. They charge you $7.65 now and I am done with either their greed or excuse to continue to serve smaller and smaller portion sizes for more and more money. Not fair to the consumer.

I have always ordered nuggets and always got a pickle for each nugget , but last night around 7:30 I was charged $2.75 for a half bowl of pickles ! The manager on duty said they are only allowed to give 3 extra pickles so I ask when did this start cause I’m a regular there and she said about 3 months ago ! Well needless to say that’s sad !

When I walked into the door, it seems like any other busy Chick-fil-A full of people. Yesterday morning, I Had quite a pleasant experience as someone from the drive-through had opened the door for me! I was quite pleased with the service, and the food was good too!

Food was delicious and service was great. They did forget to give us the milk we ordered but went back the next day and got it. No questions asked, great customer service.
