My first visit to a dwarf location. It was quite the southern treat. The sweet potato soufflé was delicious. A few different menu items from the normal franchise chains. Service was warm and friendly as expected. No noticeable difference in price. I’ll be back.

This is my first time visiting this location. The food was delicious exactly what I expected I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the macaroni. The staff is very friendly and polite even for chic fil a standards. They all greeted me and made sure I got what I needed. I ordered online and got carry out thank goodness I did too because the drive through line at this location was very long the entire time. That being said all my food was fresh hot and well made so no complaints but if you have the app definitely order online if you don’t want a wait.

Make sure you check your order. I ordered one day and I received a medium fry instead of large. I guess they was helping me out. I didn’t need a large anyway. Next I ordered a brownie with my meal. There wasn’t a brownie in my bag. And the last time I ordered Brussel sprouts. I wasn’t happy at all with the cup they gave me. It wasn’t even half full!! See pics.

After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line (no attendees outside due to weather), after recieving my good the biscuits and chicken was hard and not edible. Drive thru attendant was nice though and she misspelled my name from Fatima to Sativa.

So I normally don’t do reviews! But I felt like this is one everybody should know about! I was ordering my food and while ordering my food, there was a roach crawling around in the ketchup bowl that are behind the cashiers register! Two of the workers seen the roach. I only ordered french fries and they gave me the same ketchup that the roach was crawling around on and threw it on top of my fries! I didn’t say anything, and I didn’t make a big deal out of it! They then took the bowl to the side of the restaurant, and poured all the ketchups on the counter between the dine-in and the register. I am highly disgusted. ‍♀️I just graduated from Georgia State with my health science degree! This is a total NO NO Chick-fil-A! Know when you come here there’s a possibility of roach crawling on your food, napkins, and condiments! I will be reporting them to the Georgia Health Department immediately when I wake up tomorrow

I’ve been to the Jonesboro Dwarf House several times but this is the last time I order a salad from this location. I ordered a $9.19 (before tax) Spicy Southwest Chicken Salad for lunch today & this is the skimpiest salad I’ve ever received from any Chick-fil-A. I should have checked it before I left the drive-thru but I figured it would be okay, it’s a Chick-fil-A salad. Man, I was wrong! The salad didn’t even fill the bowl completely. If this location is struggling they should advise the consumer in advance, we’ll understand. I would have ordered something else instead of receiving less than my money’s worth.

Chick fil A is a great example of how restaurants should be ran! Always treat their customers great, the food is always fresh and hot, they are friendly, and also great and fast service! Not only that but they are also closed on Sunday for their customers to be off to worship God❤️

The waffle fries are NEVER fresh, I’ve had to take them in on the establishment several times after ordering from drive thru the manager appear to be “friendly” but obviously they aren’t checking the quality of the food! This morning I ordered the 3 count chicken tenders with sweet tea I specifically asked for the fries to be cooked fresh, I spoke with manager “Brandy” about this situation and she was argumentative advising “The fries don’t hold longer than 4 minutes” which prompted me to respond back well are you all (the managers) checking the QUALITY OF THE FOOD before handing it out to the customers? I advised her next time I’ll take down the rep name who ordered and the person at the window along with my receipt AND a pic of the food if it’s not fresh next time since I’m feeling my “integrity” is being “questioned, I openly admitted I prefer the chic fil a in Morrow (few more mins away) but I was pushed for time so I had to come to this one completely unacceptable! Next time I’m escalating this growing concern directly to corporate. Word of advice to management, DONT ARGUE OR DEBATE WITJ A PAYING CORPORATE CUSTOMER, you’ll never win!
