Ordered a taco pizza received a pizza with hardly any chips on it. Took the pizza back to the store to correct the mistake and was told that there was no mistake and that I received 1 scoop which is company policy. I asked why there weren’t any chips around the outside and was informed that “the chips aren’t supposed to cover the whole pizza. Then received a sarcastic “have a nice day” from the employee behind the counter on my way out. Won’t return.

I dearly love a Godfather’s pizza; it’s a shame this particular store is inept. Twice I’ve ordered Taco and gotten home only to open the box and find I paid the extra price for a plan hamburger. But no time to drive back and have them remake it. SO, heads up, CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave. Photo attached… does this really look like Taco pizza??? And to think I left these idiots a tip 🙂

For the second time in a few months, I placed a delivery order and had problems. The first time, my order was 30 minutes late and was cold and dried out when I received it. Yesterday, I decided to give delivery another chance and this time never received the order. The purchase price was refunded. What is the moral to this story? If you want delivery, order through the DoorDash app not directly from the restaurant. I had no tracking information like you get when you use the DD app. Next time, I will instead pick up my order.

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight because I hadn’t been feeling well. Best decision ever! Our large super combo pizza not only looked amazing, but it was cooked perfectly and had an even distribution of toppings all over it.
Our garlic cheese bread was soft and the cheese was a little browned and bubbly and tasted phenomenal! We were so full we have to save our dessert (cinnamon streusel monkey bread) for later, but that looks delicious as well.It also was delivered in a timely manner, about 20 minutes before we we’re expecting.

We ordered 3 large pizzas for pickup for our family. I alone went in. There was a guy in the kitchen hollering “what do you need??” Or something, but not looking at me. I thought he was talking to me, but he turned his head and he had airpods in. When he finally notices me standing awkwardly at this point, he comes to the front and simply says to me “name?” While still having a conversation on his airpods. I tell him and he tosses the food on the counter like he couldn’t be bothered and walks back to the kitchen still on this conversation.

Last 2 times we have ordered, we have been lied to about delivery times like 90 min and we have now waited 2 hours! Called the store and got the manager, who is extremely rude! I barely started speaking and she interrupted me in which I asked her to please let me finish. She told me that if I was going to continue being rude she was going to hang up on me. I said then I would talk with her boss. She stated “I am the boss”, I reminded her that she herself has a boss. She hung up on me. This is the 2nd time I have had the unfortunate experience of speaking with her. Order takers are pleasant, she definitely is not and should be fired!!

I asked for golden crust on w large pizzas. What we got was overly flattened – yet not thin crust. The edges were so tough you couldn’t bite through. The center was cracker like on the bottom but still doughy on top. The centers of the pizzas were cut but not the edges. The cherry stressed I ordered looked nothing like other dessert pizzas I have gotten from same location previously.
I ordered in person and waited for my order. My bad for not checking the order before I left. On the other hand there seemed to be one person on duty trying to train someone on what appeared to be his first day.
