This restaurant probably needs to shut down for a week or two and get organized and train employees/management. This restaurant isn’t up to the standards of chic fil a. There were many employees in uniform sitting/standing around while trash was overflowing in the trash can and food was all over the floor. It was almost unbelievable. I ordered food on the app. They were out of what I wanted and had to replace it with something else. I had to wait for 15 min even thou I ordered in advance on the app. This is the 5th time in a row I’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Needs major improvements.

One of my favorite spots in this location! Very friendly staff, and food is always good! Only suggestion for this location is to get a bigger location! They are very busy and literally have out grown this space

I hate writing this review but we went through the drive thru on Saturday and you could tell they were short-staffed. I felt bad for them and did not mind the wait which was definitely over 20 minutes and they weren’t super busy. The big issue I had was that by the time we got our food everything was cold. The fries tasted like they had sat out for a while and the chicken was like-warm at best. My only advice is that if people are willing to wait at least make sure the food comes out hot and fresh.

Probably the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I placed an order on the mobile app and still had to wait almost 20 minutes for my chicken sandwich. The food was really good, but they gotta do something about that line!

I always go to this location and never had a problem with getting my fruit cup customized because I’m allergic to strawberries & blueberries. But today John Mitchell the manager told me they can’t do it. Mind you I’ve been getting it done forever & I’ve been coming here for 5 plus years. He was really rude about it. I don’t appreciate it. On top of that. My food was cold & I waited at least 20mins in line. Mind you if you couldn’t or didn’t want to customize my fruit cup tell me that when I order. And if I’m waiting 20 mins for food I expect it to be hot. I’m not going to this location again. It’s really sad because usually I get good service from chick fil a.

This is likely the worst location on the south side. Long waits…always out of stock on items (then they won’t compromise on substitutions)…rude management (the dark haired guy is just plain rude and the blonde one doesn’t even acknowledge customers half the time)…and the floor always needs to be swept. I’ve lived near this restaurant for 14 years but will either go to another one out of the way or just go to Wendy’s. Chick-fil-A has claimed to always take pride in their service…this location operates like McDonalds! Horrible

Customer service kinda sucks now. We pulled up to the drive thru around 9:35 pm. on June 20th. I had to greet the young man in drive thru first. He was adjusting his work belt and didn’t bother to look up as he heard the vehicle pull up. We placed our orders, and when we finished, he just turned and walked away. No “good night,” “pull forward,” nothing. Things have definitely changed since Tracy left.

Excellent food, as always. Oddly though, we waited 18 minutes for our order to be ready…. and it was not very busy. There seemed to be enough employees, and our order was taken promptly – but for some reason it took 18 minutes for our small order to be ready. I was beginning to think that our order had been lost or overlooked, and had just walked back to the counter to inquire when the tray was brought out. Also we asked for a cup for water, but it was forgotten. Highly unusual experience for a Chick-fil-A.

This location…. They have been slipping for a while. First they have the nerve to close at 8pm and then they give you over cooked nuggets and cold/oily fries. I’m and unimpressed at the subpar food I’ve gotten here. This doesn’t live up to Chik Fil A standards. I’m not happy with this location. Thumbs down.
