My food was Very Very Very poorly made. When i called to talk to manager someone hanged up on me. This location workers do not care about your food, its so sad how they treat your food any type of way and the manager is not doing anything to change it. Just look at the pictures. Food looks very old, ESPECIALLY the fries. Food service is terrible.

Really nothing special about this McDonalds location. The parking is quite limited. Also, nobody is in a hurry to do anything, so if it’s busy, just try a different place. It would be faster. However, the dining tables inside were all quite clean. Everything was in stock and in place. The food was well put together. If you have the time to visit, this is a slightly above average location.

Went in at 6:05 am to get two breakfast burritos on 8-8-2023. I see people walking out so I know the lobby is open. Immediately an employee comes to the front and says the lobby is closed. I’m wondering how when two people walked out with food. “Okay do you want me to walk to the drive through?” Yea he says. I get to the drive through “no you have to be in your car” he says. I’m in a BIG Diesel Truck. This is the second and last time you should treat people in this manner. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s there is. Service is very slow. It takes someone almost 3-4 minutes before someone acknowledges you and takes your order. The lines are super long. The wait is just ridiculous. I should have just gone home. They only take cash tonight. Now I don’t even want the food. It probably won’t be cooked to order as requested. Stop having these young folks trying to be managers who can’t manage.

This used to be a way better McDonald’s from staff to food. Now it just seems like everyone there is lazy. I understand fast food gets busy and I can be understanding most of the time but when I come here to get a latte and everytime I’m told the machine is being cleaned and it doesn’t matter what time of day it’s hard to get a latte here and I don’t think it’s the machine being cleaned I think they just don’t want to have to bother making it. Will be calling corporate to complain because at this point they need to hire a whole new staff who wants to work. I stop here for a latte at least 4 times a week and like I said doesn’t matter time of day the machine is always being cleaned. Guess I’ll be finding another McDonald’s to get my lattes from or I’ll just start going back to Dunkin.

Are usually go to the McDonald’s on Las Vegas Blvd. and Pecos and it’s a horrible experience every time I went to this McDonald’s at 911 Cheyenne and the food was nice and fresh and the cleanness of the store was pretty clean.

Tried to go in the dining room today at 6:15 am and the doors are locked. I called the inside. They said their dining room doesn’t open till 7 AM. What kind of McDonald’s does not open the dining room until 7 AM.

Went here to get a Quarter Pounder deluxe and they sold me a burger with the paper cooked and attached to the meat still. Didn’t notice until I took a bite while driving and damn near wrecked because I felt this foreign object in my mouth and was shocked when I looked down. Has to hit an immediate U-turn and went back to the McDonald’s on Losee in Cheyenne. Upon the return of the burger the Manager acted shocked and surprised like she didn’t know what it was. They ended up fixing me another meal with fresh fries and OMG I haven’t had McDonald’s fresh fries and months the way they tasted. This whole time I’ve been given either cold fries or re-dipped fries. After this incident I went to Sam’s Club and got me a big pack of sirloin burgers for 20 bucks and the biggest bag of fries they had which was only $12 and decided to just cook my meals at home from now on!!
