After being charged for cheese sauces that is depicted with the pretzel, got my food and the sauce had a puncture mark in the top of the container, the cheese had set do how long the hole had been made. Sonic, please do better if you are going to up charge please provide good food to your customers.

I went to the Sonic location last night and showed up 20 minutes before closing time. I pulled into a car hop area where you pushed the red button and they told me to go through the drive-thru because they weren’t doing that at the time. I went through the drive-thru. Nobody answered the drive-thru box or the window when I went up to the window. I drove around twice and still nobody answered. I contacted corporate and they said they would contact. The manager offered me nothing for my missed mail or anything. I don’t recommend going to this location if you can go to any other.

Asked for a specific number of condiments when ordered, asked again when brought food out, had to push the button to ask again, then they brought out the correct number of one but none of the other, when brought out the other they brought 11, I only asked for 3 of each (I had a large mozzarella and a corn dog). I pull out my corn dog to eat it and it is burned, not brown, the dog is black where it was nuked in a microwave. Disgusting! I can deal with a nuked corn dog, but not a burned one.

Yalll!! Made a mobile order for one coke and one cherry limeade slush…. waited in the mobile pick up stall for 20 minutes.. finally went through the drive through to get our order… lady apologized and said she gave us a coupon for a free slush…… THAT EXPIRED IN 2021!

we were served by an employee with NASTY HEART.
we ordered our food and first of all, she totally ignored us when we asked for brownie chunks in our reeses blast. Which isn’t so bad, but when we got our food I wanted ranch
so we pressed the red button and I asked if they could bring some ranch. This is when it happened. they forgot to turn their speaker off and we overheard them saying nasty things about us and insulting us. I wish I had of caught the employee’s name to report her!

Don’t waste your Time. This is the third time in a month I’ve come by before work for a Damn coke and it’s been north of a 20 minute wait and the last time I waited they still got a simple order WRONG how hard can it be!! The app literally lays it out for these people. Hope they close up shop. This place doesn’t deserve to be open. I was so annoyed I drive off and left maybe someone else can have my drink in an hour when it’s finally ready!

Consistency in food can vary but it’s usually solid. Staff is nice and friendly. Sometimes people wander into the parking lot asking for money so just be aware.

Disappointed to say the least. The only pleasant thing about this visit was the man who came out and took my order. When I pulled forward to pay, there was a guy who kept playing with and disturbing the young lady at the window. So it took her too long to acknowledge me and take my money. I was asked to pull forward. My food came out a few minutes later. I can’t believe I pulled forward and waited, only to get a cheese burger that was old, cold, and gray. The lettuce on it was spoiled. The cheese was old and dri dry. I didn’t finish eating it. People don’t have time to return food once they’ve returned to their office.
