I had already eaten about 75% of the chicken when I discovered something in the chicken that looked like black, worm-like contaminants. This is extremely disturbing, and I really hope I don’t get sick because of this.
After this experience, I don’t feel comfortable buying or recommending this product anymore.
I have to share my incredibly positive experience at the Chick-fil-A located at Town Center in Roswell, GA, this morning. The manager, Ziad, and his entire team were absolutely awesome.
My group and I placed a large custom, somewhat difficult order for our team, and they handled it with remarkable professionalism and respect. Despite the complexity, the order was prepared perfectly—it was correct, fresh, and delicious, exactly how Chick-fil-A is supposed to be.
Thank you, Ziad and team, for going above and beyond to provide excellent service and a fantastic meal! We truly appreciate your hard work.
I got an 8 piece chicken nugget with a side of mac n’ cheese and a drink of coca cola. I wasn’t expecting to be really full as I thought the portions were going to be smaller but I was pretty stuffed afterwards. Also, the chick-fil-a sauce is as good as people say it is and I’d grab 2 when you come through.
I was 12 cars back in the regular lane last week.
Took 25 minutes to get food.
No one in app Lane. I’ve been using the drive thru for 34 years.
When 2 lanes were open I could get my order in 8 minutes.
I always pay cash.
Never will I use an app.
Give me the 2 lanes back.

Instead of helping, the team member simply told me to pull back around and try again. This was during lunch rush, and I had already been waiting in line for about 10 minutes. Having to go back through the entire line because of an app issue that I followed instructions on was extremely frustrating.
To make things worse, the manager was right there and all I received was a quick “sorry,” with no real effort to resolve the situation or value my time. No alternative solution was offered and no urgency was shown.
I order from this location 2 to 3 times a week.For a company known for customer service, this was a huge letdown. Lack of accountability, lack of problem-solving, and no concern for customers waiting during a busy lunch hour. I don’t mind technology issues, but I do mind being pushed aside when I followed the process correctly.
