Only the drive through is open. They have two lanes. I was greeted when I pulled up, but then constantly ignored. 3 cars went through the other lane. I kept calling to order. Finally backed up and left & plan to never eat at a McDonald’s ever again. There are an abundance of better places. At 10:15pm

It was a slow day for business because of high wind and a severe dust haboob. My friend and I decided to eat dinner inside to wait for it to be safe to drive again. The cashier was very helpful during my transaction. I returned to the counter for a cupholder and three of the employees (including the helpful cashier) were talking amongst themselves not paying attention so I had to excuse myself to make my presence known. For being one of seven customers in the entire building this was annoying.

Our service was fine but while eating our lunch, we witnessed the manager give a customer a hard time. She even admitted that her employees messed up but treated that customer horrible. Not only that, she even messed up trying to fix the first mistake. Not even offering the gentleman a free fry, ice cream, pop, refund. Nothing. The saying that customers are always right, is not true. But why not take care of your customers who have a legitimate complaint. Offer something to accommodate your mistakes. I am sure it is not going to come out of your pay if you offer a free ice cream, soda etc. Don’t stand there criticizing and making a scene to make yourself look good.

I asked for hot fries and the angry little woman who could not get my order right said that they were hot even after I told her they were old and soggy. I had to wait for over ten minutes for my burgers. It wasn’t a lunch rush so I wasn’t sure why the wait was so long but what made me mad was the customer service.

Dining in. Ordered at the kiosk. Paid at the counter, a $50 order. Received the plastic tent number to take to our table. After about 10 minutes found our order sitting on the counter. Staff seemed to have plenty of time on their hands, talking among themselves. It wasn’t busy. Food cooled by the time we decided to check on it. No sweet tea in the dispenser. Burger King is right next door.

I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places but they did really well at this location. Excellent customer service and the food was freshly made and tasted great.
