Employee by the name of Britney I believe provided horrible service on my order today simply because of my name. She threw my food on the counter and didn’t even call my name or number I had to walk up and check for myself. This is not the first time she has acted this way towards myself or my husband and it is unacceptable and makes me question whether I should just drive further than the two minutes up the road from me to get food.

I had to throw away my meal because it was unacceptable. My sandwich was everywhere in the wrapper and covered in mayo. The fries were soggy and served upside down in the to-go bag, and the chicken nuggets were stale. As someone who has worked in food service, I know this is not how food should be prepared or served. I expect better quality, especially at 12am with no other customers around. Wasting my money on food in this condition is simply not acceptable.

Though I do feel like I am being super lenient with giving 2 stars, I feel like this place does not deserve it, I’ve had multiple experiences here that were not good. My most recent one has concluded my decision. I ordered my meal approximately 15 minutes before arriving, my food was ready, but I requested no pickles and there was a good amount of pickles on my burger. The next meal ordered was a happy meal, and it took another 15 minutes for the happy meal, and my order was not right. Also I ordered a basic cheeseburger as well once again with no pickles, and yet there was pickles on my cheeseburger as well. Quite disappointed with this location as this hasn’t been my first time having a wrong order. I could understand it happening maybe once or even twice but it has happened countless times.

We came into the Perry place at about 9 AM as my daughter had a doctors appointment this morning. The play place is not been cleaned since last night. The trash has not been taken out since yesterday apparently because it is overflowing tables are not clean floors covered in some kind of funky film Isn’t exactly nasty but you definitely did not clean.. daughter is running around and clean socks. Bottoms of her socks are dirty as if she was running around in the dirt outside.cleaner is left out where kids have access to them as well..

I really dislike giving bad reviews but for this restaurant it can’t be helped. I rarely recieve my order with the correct items, we are inevitably in the waiting line for 10 to 15 minutes and when you look on the app it shows that you already received your order. The employees are rude when you ask them to correct their mistakes. The manager is never any help. Drive to the one in CG instead.
