One of the nicest chick-fil-a restaurants Ive been to. Love the decor and the train set plus the dwarf doors are the highlights for my kids

So nice to have this place so close by! Chick fil A has outdone themselves again! Their drive thru is so fast and friendly, and it’s even better to go inside and eat at a table! Breakfast all day is the BEST!

Went on a Tuesday with my two daughters and one of their friends. My oldest has been pressing me to take her so finally went to see why she was so hyped.

Got there and decided to try the full-service option. It was busy but there was seating available. We were met by a host who showed us to our table and was greeted shortly afterwards by our waiter. They were both pleasant enough and the wait staff was attentive.

They have an expanded menu offering for those dining in and I appreciate the effort. However, the end results are not worth it and the food took a long time to come out. Could be the employees are getting used to the menu but I’m leaning towards there’s too much on offer from a traditional Chick-fil-A. Just my impression.

I had the Chick-fil-A Omelette with tomatoes and black beans. It was okay but I’m not sure I would get it again. All the kids had the usual fare so you know what to expect.

The server was attentive but it took far too long for the food to come out. Particularly relevant as most of the order weren’t “new” items. Food was okay but not on the level of a regular sit down joint. IMO, they’re trying to do too much and everyone is enamored with what they are doing instead of addressing a real need. Seems like a solution someone proposed simply because they are a popular fast food destination.

I would not go back to the full-service offering and think they should stick to what works. I commend the effort but it just doesn’t work for me.

If you’re anywhere near Northern Georgia, you have to stop by the brand-new Truett’s Chick-fil-A location. This is not your average Chick-fil-A—it’s a stunning experience from start to finish!

What sets this location apart? For starters, the building itself is beautiful inside and out, featuring both a full-service dining room (yes, they wait on you!) and a traditional self-service side, just like your regular Chick-fil-A. Whether you’re in a rush or want to sit and relax, they’ve got you covered.

One of the most charming touches is the bright red kid-sized door—a fun and welcoming entryway for the little ones. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big impression.

Now, let’s talk food. I stuck with my usual: the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and let me tell you—it was hot, fresh, and made to order. Even with a full drive-thru line stretching around the building, I was in and out in less than 6 minutes. The efficiency was incredible, and the customer service was top-tier as always.

Whether you’re bringing the family, catching up with friends, or just need your Chick-fil-A fix, this new Truett’s location is absolutely worth the visit. They nailed it.

Everything good and spot on for Chick-fil-A reputation.
Portions to price are decent. Everything clean. Kids can turn on overheard train. limited seating for the dine in full service. Waffles are only until 10:30am.
Bathrooms had 3 stalls and step stool at the sink. Changing table right as you enter the bathroom.
No playground, lots of parking.
Nothing was oily or overcooked.
It’s a nice experience but I dont think it was so great to come back. Waffles, grits and gravy are better at Waffle House.
I would recommend for the experience.

Took the kids out for breakfast at Truett’s CFA Grand Opening today. As a local, it’s exciting to have one of these locations nearby. Not only does it hold up to the traditional standards of a Chick-fil-A in terms of service, but the atmosphere was also terrific and the quality of the specialty food items was top notch. The breakfast skillet was even better than their traditional breakfast bowl and the kids enjoyed the waffles. We opted for the full service option to try the new experience completely. Admittedly, it was a bit rough with servers learning the ropes and the new menu, but a lot of grace is given when it comes to being brand new. We enjoyed our time and the food and will definitely be back often. Can’t wait to return to try the lunch menu options.

According to my children, Truett’s is “even better than regular Chick-fil-A!” I’d have to agree.

Be sure to save time to watch the train, see the historical photos, and even pop outside for some hula-hooping.

For a Truet’s Cafe, you would expect a top notch Chick-fil-A experience. Not the case at this location. Drive through staff always forgets something, basic things like a spoon for a yogurt parfait. The staff inside is typically laughing and talking amongst themselves instead of greeting and serving customers. I rarely visit here without something off. Food is OK, not the best, not the worst. The Chick-fil-A experience is sub standard at this location

* Update, dropping from a 2 star to a 1 star. Just got 2 parfaits for my children and the staff forgot the granola. Its my fault for not checking. If only there was another chic fil a closer.

Chick-fil-a has always been the example for fast food customer service. The difference with this particular location is that they have an amazing employee named Mrs. Marlon. She helped us with the app and our order. She also brought us our food. A few min later she came back to check on us. I’ve never had an employee take those measures to ensure the customer service standards were met. We really appreciates her.

It pains me to write this review because I love CFA and have dreamed of a location in my town for years, but this is the SLOWEST and least efficient franchise I have ever encountered. Before I get specific, the table service side inside is usually quite good and enjoyable with great wait staff, but the rest of the store is a disaster! Customer service everywhere else is super slow – counter, drive thru, and even the mobile order line. There are many people in the back and often only one person at the counter taking orders. Eventually someone comes out of the back for drink refills but the attitude is as if they were interrupted and would rather be in the back. There is no one in the dining room anymore to take trays, check on guests, and offer drink refills like there was when they first opened and is the practice at every other CFA I’ve been to, but no longer at this location. Drive thru and the mobile order line (supposed to be faster?) is always backed up, and move at a snail’s pace, with 7-8 drive thru personnel standing around inside looking at the orders on monitors gazing at each other as if they’re completely befuddled, not knowing what anyone should do next, as the drive thru continues to back up with frustrated customers. This is not an isolated incident… I visit here 2-3 times per week because it is convenient to work and home, but that is the only reason. So sad that “our” location has been so disappointing since its Summer 2025 opening, but it is still as slow and inefficient as ever.
