Sooo I visit Chick-fil-A all the time. I have never written a bad review on the company. This location was by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. I went inside to place in a order, due to the line not moving at the drive thru. I knew then it was a issue with this location. Went inside stood at the counter with employees looking at me and crowded around the drive thru window and multiple sitting at tables. Still standing there people were behind me waiting as well. I seen a manager come and I had to go ask her can someone take my order. She took my order and I waited a awhile. They forgot to put salad dressing and fries in my bag. Got my fries but and then opened my salad and I received a salad with no toppings which I pictured. I took it back to the counter and asked for the same manager (Shannon). One of the teens said is there something wrong. I said there’s nothing on the salad but chicken. She then said I see one tomato and corn on the side. I looked at her and said I don’t want it and I want my money back and a new salad. They had to go and find the manager again. At this time my fries were cold. So I wanted new fries. One teen was very polite and helped satisfied my needs. She had to physically go to the back and get someone to remake my salad. Also the people behind me was waiting on there food for awhile and came back to counter multiple times to ask about their food. Shannon just didn’t even ask if there’s something else she could do to make sure I had what I want or needed something else.This was far the worst and will not revisit this location. It was like being at a McDonald’s with no customer service and don’t care what was given to the customer.

It’s chik fil a, you know what you’re getting and it is usually pretty darned good! However, this location, like many others (and even worse than a lot of other locations) has the problem of being insanely crowded during meal times, and doesn’t have the infrastructure to support the traffic. Cops usually have to park up in the area to direct the flow of traffic, and we have seen multiple accidents due to people getting into and out of this location.

The new management has really done a poor job. The last many times I have went, no one really greets you asking if you need help or brings your food out when they give you the thing to place on the table. Not to mention good luck getting a refill. It smells by the pick up area and the staff has really been poorly picked. Now there are still good workers who have been there for a while. They are great and go out of their way to help but it takes a team to maintain a business like this. I probably will not visit this location again until this new manager starts making it better or they hire a better manager. Not everyone is fit to be run a business. And why is the play area still closed?

Very unhappy. I just went through drive through. And did not receive my 30 piece of grilled nuggets, they just put 10 pieces and the kids meal only had nuggets and drink. Everything else was missing. We spent a lot here was a big order. I would of rated more but since I called 6 times to get resolved and all they did was pick up the phone and not answer, I could hear background music. How rude is that? I feel disrespected by Chickfila, and did not have the patience to drive back.

I dunno how this place has 4.3 stars. This is known as the bad Chick-fil-A. You never get what you ordered and it’s really slow and service is bad. What finally prompted me to write a review was tonight when they charged me for fries I didn’t order then said they do not give refunds. They gave me a card for a free chicken biscuit but I don’t ever come for breakfast. I honestly only come to this location when in a pinch. But who charges someone for something they didn’t order then doesn’t refund it? The girl who took my order didn’t repeat my order so how was i supposed to know. This location has needed better management and they need better practices too. Making me pay for something I didn’t order sounds like theft to me.

We have visited Chick Fil A’s all over the southeast. Stopped in to this location to grab a couple sweet teas and a lemonade on our travels. This was a very simple order, and we were surprised they messed this up. The worst part was the lack of courteousness and professionalism, which are the fundamentals of all Chick Fil A’s. We hope this review helps management make some improvements.

Ruined my morning. I come 3 times a week to get a breakfast burrito or bowl with grilled chicken, hash browns on the side. Why hash-browns on the side? Due to my sensory issues. Well today I go as my usual morning to get my breakfast. Its a new cashier who takes my order so she asked the manager for help on how to put them on the side. Which she then says “we don’t do that.” I then explain that I always get my bowls or burritos like that and have for the past 4 years. Manager comes on and I repeat my order. Completely disregarding my hash browns on the side. I am extremely disappointed in this manager.
