I have never had a bad experience at this location until this morning. I ordered chicken nuggets, hash browns and a brownie went to work ate my breakfast and it was great. Got my brownie out of the bag and was very disappointed . I paid for a brownie and what I got was a half of one.

very sad because this location is not what they say it is. I went several times and they made the wrong order. then i went and spoke to the manager and explained the situation to him twice in one day and he told me that he was going to refund me the money for that order and i am still waiting for almost two weeks. Some of the girls are very rude in dealing with customers. After this event I went again and those same girls give me the faces of not good friends. They must evaluate their employment policy and train their staff in a better way. I do not recommend this place at all.

Stopped in for a quick take out order. Ordered through the app and went inside to wait. Didn’t take long and I was on my way! Staff was super friendly which is why Chick-fil-A is always our first choice when we need a quick bite. The food was delicious of course. The nuggets were hot, fries were fresh, and the fruit was nice and cold!

They’re really on top of the drive through, but inside service is awful. You just stand in there, and they’re just busy at the drive through. Could care less 5 people look at you? You’re lucky if you get one employee to ask you if they can help you.

Every time I come to this Chick-Fil-A I’m always satisfied with the customer service as well as the food. My favorite part about this store is Ms. Dorthy. She always makes sure everybody is taken care of, also will ask if you need a refill before leaving. We need more people like her ❤️

The best fast food style chicken sandwich! Since they renovated their drive though systrm, it is tough to beat them on how quickly you can get good food at decent prices through a drive through no matter how busy. Service is always great….very fast, accurate, and friendly. We don’t eat very much fast food with any regularity except Chick fil A. Their app is easy to use and allows you to order ahead which helps save time. Love Chick fil A and their food!

First time visiting today for breakfast. Did online order and picked up through drive-thru. Employees were kind and pleasant, service was quick, and my food was pipping hot and delicious. Very impressed with this location and traveled extra miles just to try it out as the Steele Creek location has officially lost my business. Stopped by for early lunch on Memorial Day. The bathroom and restaurant were very clean. Our food tasted great and playground was open. Our 2.5 yr old had a blast! Will definitely be back.

This is our go to location for kids lunch. They love the Chick Fil A chicken sandwich with lemonade and fries. My spouse get the deluxe sandwich. Kids enjoys there food then go for a nice time playing at the play area. They have good parking spaces, toilets are cleans and the staffs are great. This location is always clean and welcoming. Definitely our favorite spot.
