The biscuit was the thickness of a pancake. To me, that is not a biscuit. The chicken tasted like gross old oil. I threw it out. Maybe the chicken tenders would have tasted better with new oil, I don’t know. I was not given a spoon in the drive-through, so I had to try and drink my mashed potatoes and gravy. No condiments and no napkins were given either. Don’t know why I tried this place when Chick-fil-A and Popeyes were close by.

Chicken tenders! The grandsons love these, and for good reason, I like them very much too. Waffle fries are a nice change of pace as well. With a large order (more than 5 people) there is always stress that it will be filled correctly. This was not an issue for our last visit, it was very well executed. Thank you!

Stopped by here on the way back home on a little weekend getaway. The time was around 2ish on a Monday. Went right through in the drive thru. The lady taking our order was extremely nice. Order all food and was back on the road in less than 10 mins. Food was hot, drinks were cold, and best of all, kids were happy!

I ordered online, pulled up into the express lane, took a picture of the QR code to let them know I was there, they were standing outside with my food before I even pulled around. I almost didn’t even stop rolling in my vehicle – That’s how fast it was. They called me by first name and told me to have a great day! That is the Chick-fil-A standard that we all know and try to replicate at our jobs.

We went to the Chick-fil-A in Mauldin, SC. We went through the drive- thru. We ordered our food but received a medium chicken noodle soup instead of a medium mac like we ordered. In the past, Chick-fil-A has been known to get orders right the majority of the time, so I didn’t check my bag untill I got home. I was disappointed the order was wrong. My husband called the store and they put our information in a book for a free one. The next night we came inside to get the free Mac and ordered some other food as well. They weren’t rude per say but didn’t apologize. Then the Mac they gave was a little over half filled. No apology or coupon for our trouble. Looks like Chick-fil-A may be sliding…at least the one in Mauldin, SC. I think we will go to a different one next time.

My husband and I come.througj drive thru last night and ordered on our lunch break. We stopped going to Chick-fil-A altogether because they keep messing up our orders, but McDonald’s was crazy and we didn’t have time to wait. I ordered a chicken deluxe sandwich meal and him the spicy deluxe meal. I received a regular sandwich which was also lukewarm at best and so was his, the fries were hod awful and cold. I called to three times with no answer which is nothing new they never answer when they screw up. I was not given a receipt again nothing new, I usually have to ask for it but was rushed last night and didn’t. I know this review is falling on deaf ears because the manager there is to concerned about being better than the other stores, I have heard him say that. The owner is about the same way. It’s get them in and out and who cares if we screw up, we will not fix it and they don’t. We used to eat at Chick-fil-A 6 days a week but when they just kept screwing something up every order, we were like no more. Example chicken burrito, he would have to eat with a fork 85% of the time because as soon as he opens wrapper it would fall apart, one time chicken was not fully cooked, no apology, just another burrito, another man was up there complaining about his chicken not being done, I ordered a milkshake no chery, I can’t eat cherry. They put one on there anyway and when they noticed they just took it off and gave to me. The whip cream still had cherry juice. I am allergic, they wouldn’t make me a new one. I just gave to my husband. That was the last straw for me, but again if McDonald’s was so slow we wouldn’t even had this issue.

My daughter eats here and like most kids she loves it. I do like the diet lemonade but I water it down a lot before drinking it. Other than that people are always nice at CF and they don’t play around when it comes to getting your food order out.

The redesign of this location needs to be duplicated everywhere. Chick-fil-A knows what it’s doing but this location is my favorite in the Greenville area. Staff is always efficient, friendly, and fast no matter how long the line may look.

Twice now at drive thru ordered brkfst & order was incorrect in past few months. This being second time, I decided to follow up. Vm is full at store ph nmbr. Placed msg to corp via CFA app- been 7 days, no response. Posting this in heads up for customers to check bag before you leave Mauldin location.
