Our visit to Chick-fil-A was absolutely amazing, and Astrid truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we were greeted, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to make sure our order was correct, answered questions with a smile, and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
The food was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A but Astrid’s customer service took it to another level. She checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a positive attitude that made the visit memorable.
It’s rare to come across service that feels so sincere and caring. Astrid is a true asset to the team, and because of her, this was more than just a quick meal it was a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Previous times I always seem to wait for my food even though I pre-ordered using the app.
This visit, I arrived at the drive thru, the employee taking orders leans into the passenger side window and really leans into my car. A bit uncomfortable for my liking. Also several cars arrived after I did and in the other lane and received their food ahead of me and then 4 cars behind me in the line got their orders and went around me. I was asked 3 times what my name was. I was able to see my order was prepared, but seemed to be being ignored while others got their orders. Today was not as long as wait as the previous 2 times, but I can’t help feeling snakebitten and this location and I are not on the same wavelength.
Food was correct, so that was a plus.
The manager tried to say I didn’t click in here but that feature is no longer available. But this is not the only time. Even when I go to the window it’s turtle mode on a chicken bowl.
