Most Chick-fil-A drive throughs are pretty busy, understandably. However, once you’re in the line you’re trapped & can’t leave even if you wanted. Today after a 25 minute wait to order breakfast I was told “you just missed it.” 25 minutes in line just to have my order taken so I asked to speak to the manager, only for his response to be I’m sorry, we’re doing the best we can & you can always order online. I was at Chick-fil-A earlier today traveling across state and the staffing here are some of the most polite people I’ve ever met! Anna took my order today and she was so polite and attentive! I LOVE COMING HERE! To me this chick fil a is the best! I love coming here! Chris is the best! I usually see him in the drive thru taking orders! Chris’ personality is amazing and he is always smiling! He always asks me how I’m doing and how my family is. He makes it personable and that’s what I love. He truly cares about his customers! This particular location is low on my scale. It’s always too busy. The staff seem overworked. They say the “my pleasure” bit, but it’s like sad workers being made to look happy. The wait time doesn’t usually feel longer than normal (5-10 minutes with waiting in line to meal in hand). The food though is made well just like any other chick fil A. Check your bag before pulling off though. I have had things missing from my order several times. They correct it once informed of this but most times in a hurry and can’t wait.

Huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but this location doesn’t seem to be managed very well. Dined in around 4:30 PM on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn’t too busy, but many of the available tables were dirty. There was an employee sweeping when I arrived, but she hadn’t cleaned several of the tables first. You’d think you’d wipe all the tables down and make sure they’re clean first before sweeping, but oh well. Also, waited a while at the counter for a drink refill. Lots of employees were working on the shift, but many were just standing behind the counter talking to each other. One trash can was overflowing with trash, so I used the other along the side of the restaurant as I left. Where’s the manager?

I have let so many things slide with this Chick-fil-A but today was the last straw. I ordered a 12 ct nugget meal at 11:25am. I get my food all the way home just to see that 1. they gave me chicken strips instead of nuggets and 2. the box was labeled as 12 grilled nuggets. So I get back in the truck to take them back. My wife goes inside for me to get my correct order. The reason I gave a 2 star is because this is the 4th time this has happened. It was 11:30am when I got my food and they weren’t even busy yet; it’s too early for making mistakes. Also when my wife went inside to get my correct nuggets the young lady that helped her couldn’t even read the ticket correctly. She brought back 12 grilled nuggets instead when my wife showed her what the actual order was. ♀️ But at least she was nice about it.
