If you look closely, you will see MULTIPLE strands of hair in my salad!! I had maybe two bites. I had split this salad with my daughter and she first saw hair, then I begin to check mine and found more hair! I was disgusted! I def returned to the restaurant to let them know. A refund was given & the manager was very apologetic!! Proceed with caution.

Our visit to Chick-fil-A was absolutely amazing, and Astrid truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we were greeted, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to make sure our order was correct, answered questions with a smile, and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.
The food was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A but Astrid’s customer service took it to another level. She checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a positive attitude that made the visit memorable.
It’s rare to come across service that feels so sincere and caring. Astrid is a true asset to the team, and because of her, this was more than just a quick meal it was a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m on vacation and have been coming here everyday for 4 days now with amazing service until this morning. This was the first time I decided to come inside and to be honest, I had better service in drive thru. I order the same thing every morning made the same way with no issues and fast service. But the one time I go inside, the cashier had an attitude, and all of a sudden I couldn’t get my sandwich made the same way that I’ve been getting it. It sucks because I was so excited to let people know that this location was the best one I have been to in Columbia, but unfortunately, this happened this morning and completely changed my mind.

I ordered the first night and got three sandwiches and two large fries both a large fries were like half empty but it was busy so I just went ahead and went home. I came by this morning to have a lunch. I ordered a large fry and wouldn’t you know it again half full when I came back in the resolution was for me to give the fries back and get a new fry and I still had to sit here and wait and now I’m placing an order for another medium fry and my sandwich sandwiches are cold so this is fun! They have plenty of opportunity to make it right with me and make me happy and none of the managers even tried. instead, they treated me like I was trying to get free fries ♀️ I also started out in the to go line, but I was told that they couldn’t help me there that I had to come in and park to talk to somebody about this fry situation. It’s been like 40 minute transaction right now.

The food has gone down. The fries taste different I don’t know what it is but they don’t taste right. I ordered some minis the bread was not big and fluffy and the nuggets weren’t even full size nuggets. I ordered a yogurt with cookie crumble. There was more cookie then yogurt and they must of changed yogurt type bc it tasted funny. There was only like 4 pieces of fruit and it was tiny pieces. I have to remind myself the price I paid for this I could make my own and would be way better. I just wasted $10. Lastly the other day I was going to buy a gallon of the dragon fruit lemonade when they told me $15 I was like never mind. That is ridiculous!!!!UPDATE: y’all charge $10 for a salad with bare any toppings on it. I can’t even get a whole egg and cheese where? I basically got chicken and lettuce. I posted a picture. Then it’s cold bc it snowed and you have those folks in the cold doing the drive thru.

Of all the CFA’s I go to, this is the one I try and avoid.
Previous times I always seem to wait for my food even though I pre-ordered using the app.
This visit, I arrived at the drive thru, the employee taking orders leans into the passenger side window and really leans into my car. A bit uncomfortable for my liking. Also several cars arrived after I did and in the other lane and received their food ahead of me and then 4 cars behind me in the line got their orders and went around me. I was asked 3 times what my name was. I was able to see my order was prepared, but seemed to be being ignored while others got their orders. Today was not as long as wait as the previous 2 times, but I can’t help feeling snakebitten and this location and I are not on the same wavelength.
Food was correct, so that was a plus.

I am not sure what’s going on but the service and the food is going downhill. I understand they are extremely busy but I don’t understand why it takes 20 mins to make a chicken bowl. I’ve ordered at 6:30 AM and I did not leave until almost 7 for a pickup.
The manager tried to say I didn’t click in here but that feature is no longer available. But this is not the only time. Even when I go to the window it’s turtle mode on a chicken bowl.
