I’ve given this location more chances than I should. The last time I came here, my chicken biscuits were literally gushing oil/grease and the biscuit crumbled. No one called me or even cared to reach out but they sent biscuits to my card. This last time I sat in drive through for 10 mins while I watched 8 cars pass me. I asked the girl what’s going on, she stated someone took your number off the car and we didn’t realize this order sitting here was for you. Mind you, her and another guy were the only two out there so I don’t know why she lied. I actually still have the number 80 if you guys would like it back. I spent over $17 just for the manager to send me a free ice cream cone for waiting 10 mins and being told a lie. I rather drive to Mooresville.

This Chick-fil-A location in Statesville North Carolina was absolutely top-notch. The food was perfect. The service was impeccable. A lady even came to our table and took our trash and used trays away after our meal while we were talking AAA+++++++ hats off to all the employees who worked during the lunch hour on July 11, 2023 you guys were hustling hard if only all restaurants had the service and quality food that you guys have just really can’t brag on this experience enough location manager, pat, your people on the back!!!!!!!!!! Four adults yesterday all fur had a great experience!!

The director I believe her name was Angela greeted my daughter and I with a warm smile and a welcoming greeting which is awesome customer service and makes anyone feel welcomed. If other businesses would train their employees the same way as they do here I’m sure it would it would increase their business for above the food customer service is EVERYTHING! Hats off Angela to a job well done !

One of the best Chick-fil-A’s I have ever been in. It was busy and packed as it was a Saturday. They were keep outside lines moving; inside was neat and clean….tables cleaned immediately when someone left. They had tons of staff to make sure everthing happened well…..and it did!

Online ordering is a joke. I order online then set in parking spot for almost 10 minutes. I only get 30 minutes lunch. Last week I had to leave without getting food. Was late for work. Tried talk to manager Kendra was on hold for 8 minutes. Was charged for that food that I never got. This is ridiculous no need for online ordering

When we dined in at this chick-fil-a I was unhappy with the way (I assume) the manager was speaking to his elderly employee who was checking on tables. The way he spoke to the very kind, helpful, and courteous older man sounded impatient and irritated. That sweet, old man deserved more respect, and I made sure to communicate to him how much I appreciated his help and kindness. To management: please check yourself on the way you speak to and treat these valuable elderly members of society.

Food isn’t terrible when it is hot, but it takes forever. you have to be very careful driving there not to get hit because how crowded it is. Food cold and gross but I’m not eating it so I feel terrible. I just pick it up for my family.
