Service and atmosphere is always amazing here but the past couple times I’ve gone to this Chick-fil-A I’ve noticed their fruit cups aren’t really up to standards…. I kinda don’t want mold with my fruit lol. That’s what I get for trying to be healthy huh

Super slow service on a Friday night around 7 pm, even with me placing an order ahead on my phone. I really wish they would figure out their parking lot situation. I got our order and drove off without even checking until I got to a red light to see I was missing a drink (oh well, surely wasn’t going back to wait in that long line again – couldn’t even make it into the parking lot and walk inside without waiting in your car first) and the fries were sooo disgusting like the oil was old and a lot of them were dark brown and shriveled up. To be that busy and not get fresh fries was crazy! Also they didn’t even fill up the container all the way. Anyways, attached is a picture. I’ve lived here about 2 years now and this is the worst Chick-Fil-A location I’ve ever been to. I try to avoid it at all costs, because it’s always just “ehh”. I figured I’d give it another go since it had been awhile since the last time, but was sadly mistaken and won’t be entertaining the thought again for awhile until some kinks can get worked out – if ever.

Hello. We stopped by for a meal on our way to VA. We ordered 1 CFA dlx meal and 1 CFA meal with 2 waters. We were well on our way to VA before we noticed that we only received the 1 CFA dlx meal with fry, another fry and the waters. Missing the additional CFA. I took my grandsons for dinner,and gave my order to the employee.When I got around the corner I wanted to add something to my order, and I got around a little bit more and paid for everything. It was A little bit pricey but their food is good. However when I got home, my food was not there., I should have checked the bag before I left the parking lot but I didn’t. Stopped here along the way on a road trip, never been to this town before. This chick fil a had a very clean bathroom, clean restaurant, and quick and easy pick up. The kale salad that I got along with the spicy chicken sandwich was amazing!! Also very friendly people 🙂

What happened to the spicy chicken biscuit? Go back to the spicy chicken tenders and not this flat dried out chicken breast. The old Wendy’s mantra, where’s the beef comes to mind, but in this case, where is the chicken? Stop cutting corners to save some dollars. When your small biscuit overwhelms the chicken, you have got a problem

I’m not sure what is happening with Chick-fil-A in general, but the expectation that we will be greeted with kindness and helpfulness by the staff is not really there anymore. We went through the drive thru and the girl that helped us was rude and short with us and made for a miserable experience. Maybe she was overheated, but if that’s the case, management needs to work on getting the employees inside more often for breaks.
