Kind of disappointed with chick-fil-a. I ordered large fries and drinks. They only give me large fries half way and small drinks. When I told them I had ordered a large stick. They refused to upgrade it to a large drink. So I guess the only way I can get my order right. I have to go back in line again. Which was. It worth it to me. I have been to other fast food restaurants before. My orders were not messed up up before, but I don’t think they would make such a big deal over a drinks. I know chick fil a is a great place to eat. I don’t think Salisbury chick filet a would have my business again

This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to hands down. The food was the usual stuff but I could tell it had not been sitting for a long time waiting for someone to buy it, but thats not what made the experience great, it was the service. The manager was in the dinning area creating customers, refilling drinks, and making sure we has whatever we wanted to make it the best experience possible. Other restaurants could take notes and learn some stuff, this wasn’t just good service, it was good old fashioned hospitality. I left lot happier then what I thought a fast food place could make a person.

Salad needs to be fresh. I tried this location 3x’s… each time the lettuce was brown. And it did not taste fresh. Smh.

No matter how much money you spend here, they act like the sauce is coming out of their own pockets. Whose money am I spending—mine or Chick-fil-A’s? The sauce is what makes the food good, so if I don’t get the sauce I asked for, I don’t even want the food. Every time I come here, they either give me the wrong sauce or not enough of it—even when I specifically ask and pay for it. It’s extremely annoying.

The worst location I’ve been too. I’ve always been impressed by the consistency across locations but this proved me wrong. The bathrooms were dirty, main area had food and garage on the ground, my sandwich was old/stale, and we had to send an item back 3 times for them to get it right. Worst part about it was all the gnats flying around the place. I couldn’t even sit there it was so bad. Avoid this location.

Had two bad experiences there. Tried to call the store to discuss with them. They told me to just call Chick Fil A Cares because they don’t. I guess it was anything but their pleasure to offer me the poor service in two occasions. I called ChickFilA cares who said someone would contact me and of course they never did. Abundantly clear that this store doesn’t care.

Stopped in on a trip. The store was a mess. The bathrooms were disgusting. They failed to let us know that key elements of our order were not filled (basic communication skills). The staff looked stressed and not engaging with customers except one woman. The trash bins needed attention too. I don’t like leaving bad comments and this is just a snapshot of what the store is like on any given day. I hope what we saw was not typical.

Restaurant was pretty dated. Customers had no access to condiments or napkins, only straws. Staff wasn’t as friendly or competent as I’m used to at Chick-fil-A. I was traveling through, but probably wouldn’t return to this location.
