I love Chick-fil-a and they are always good but today was a miss. My boss ordered us food and the fries were soft, not crispy. The Spicy chicken sandwich tasted like it was already cooked and just sitting in the warmer. I was shocked bc they always get it right but now today. And my coworker didn’t like her fries.

Chic fil a is always good. Every one is so friendly. Only reason I couldn’t give a 5 star is the lady Taking my order repeated back what I said correctly but didn’t type it in correctly. I asked for 2 frozen lemonades but she was too busy correcting me saying by saying frosted lemonade. My response was yeah 2 of those and then she was like yeah its a frosted lemonade and missed the part when I said 2. Every one else was nice and my food was still hot by the time I had to order the frosted lemonade again. It was an awkward exchange that cost me an extra 5 mins waiting but overall it was a great experience as usual.

Service was very slow! The restaurant had no line for orders but had 4 cars before me waiting for their food, 2 cars in each lane. After waiting 10 minutes for an order of fries that I ordered in advance on the app. and the same 4 cars still waiting I grew impatient. There was an issue with one cars order but this was after waiting 5 minutes and the one employee that they had working held the line up while orders piled up at the window. I did blow the horn to get someone’s attention and received an ugly stare from who I presume was the manager (African American plus size women). I told the young lady I apologize for blowing the horn but she needed to request assistance. Not employee apologized for the wait. I dropped my cold fries (karma lol) but they quickly replaced them. As I drove off I continued to receive ugly stares from the same lady. If she is the manager she needs to work on her customer service skill’s because her employees and the stores service is a reflection of her… horrible! This is the slowest and most unfriendly chick fil a that I’ve been too.

This is the third time I have called the store to place a catering order, and the woman has told me that when she actually tried to call the store, she told me that that store would not answer. So three times I’ve tried to order catering from the store and three times I have failed me even getting the store to answer the phone. This is not the only Chick-fil-A this happens at. Chick-fil-A really need to get their phone system better. It definitely was not my pleasure today.

I ordered at this location two weeks ago and specifically asked for my lemonade to have no ice. When I get to the window of course my cup was filled with ice. I return it and the manager poured some ice out and handed the drink back. When I handed it back she replied “it’s just a little ice” with an attitude, which was funny because I asked for NONE. If her check was short I guess they could tell her it’s just a lil change. People are funny. You don’t know the effects ice has on me. Just rude and definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Felt super rushed the entire time and the girl taking my order got it wrong. Maybe don’t rush people and get their food right? Don’t go unless you know the menu already. I knew exactly what I wanted, a grilled chicken sandwich, and she gave me a crispy chicken sandwich. Very disappointed
