Got to the window, the cashier didn’t know how to make change from 3 10’s total was $29.55, our change was 45cents. Once I did the math for her we moved on to the next window. I asked for som ice in my tea because the 2 cubes I had wasn’t working. She said we don’t have any ice, I clearly saw a fully ice machine right through the window completely full. I asked for ketchup, we had 3 large fries, she gave me one pack and said that’s all we have. Really. WOW. This is the service we get when spending our money. Just wow. Terrible service. So Sad we continue to let these companies operate in our communities.

Bathroom almost clean-ish. Cashier was new (she said) but she was amazing. Manager was close by to help and she was so sweet, it made it worth the wait. Breakfast burrito was stuck to the wax paper, difficult to eat. Hash browns a bit too well done.

Seems like no matter what McDonald’s I go to I have a bad experience. Basic customer service skills are lacking. I went to the drive thru today and ordered a Filet-o-Fish with light tarter sauce, add lettuce and tomato. I was asked to pull into the first parking spot to wait on my fish. I sat there almost 10 minutes with my kids in the car and still no sandwich. I had to go inside (with a bad knee) to ask for my sandwich, only to find out it had been given to the wrong car! Then I had to wait another 5 minutes to get it. The worse part was that NO ONE apologized to me. I came into contact with at least 4 people who knew about my issue and not one of them, including the manager/team leader or whatever offered any gesture of aplology.

Ordered 1 burger, 1 fish sandwich and 1 small fry…that was all, was asked to pull up to wait for my order. It took 19 minutes and would have been longer if i didnt say anything. I actually had to go back to the window to remind them and the simple order still wasnt ready.. instead of apologizing.. the first thing the guy says is “do u want a refund” with a very nonchalant tone.. Horrible service.

Ordered 3 Double Quarter Pounders and received 3 Single Quarter Pounders instead. Me and my co-worker were very disappointed after a very long and hard day at work. Bread was hard and you could tell the food was reheated as well.

All Macdonald’s are not alike…But this one is one of the best. I get the same thing all the time for my Nanny Baby: Happy Meal with 4 Nuggets, no sauce, fries and apple juice.

I went through the drive thru at 11:35 and ordered a burger. Went right back around cause I forgot to order fires and they said they were closed online it says 24 hours and even if that’s inaccurate, I would assume they closed at 12.. They ALWAYS close earlier than advertised. The workers due what they want.

Don’t post that you are a 24hour business if when someone pulls into the drive through any later than 11:30 you won’t serve them. both of the Stockbridge McDonalds advertise they are 24hours but won’t serve you if it’s late.
