Food was made quickly. Order was correct. It’s very busy here. Drive-through packed. Only thing I didn’t like is the sign saying that orders are for to go only. I’ve been driving all day and I don’t want to sit in my car to eat. But I do appreciate the food being correct, the most important thing

The drive-thru team for the dayshift of 02/08/26 is the worst. They act like someone stole their cat kill their dog. I understand it a fast food place but come on not even “hi, how you doing” or none. Plus I order chicken strip right at the time they change the menu to lunch and did is what they give me a burn ahh chicken, i can taste the burn of it. How you just change me u from breakfast to lunch and already burn your chicken. If you tell your employee to re-using the chicken the night before just say so and let us know McDonalds. Please dont go here they are not value their foods and their service and also and last their customer. Nasty drive-thru attitude team

This location on Jonesboro rd next to I-285 is the worst location of MsDinaldthat I have ever been at.i ordered 2 biggie bag and I had to repeat to the drive in employee 3 times what I wanted and did not want on my sandwiches and she could not get it right on the ticket. A supposed manager came and she supposedly placed our order when we got our food the sandwiches still was not right. We pulled back around and a young man claiming that he was the manager listened to our problem and assured us that our order would be right this time. When we got our food the order still was not right. At that point I got really irritated at this location and decided that I would do this review and let McDonalds see what their employees are this location were not doing for the betterment of McDonalds.

Only reason I gave a star is because I had to. Other than that I would do no stars. The service I received today at the drive thru was horrible. I ordered my food. Pulled around and paid. They came back to the window and said they didn’t have an item I ordered. I said okay, that’s fine, I’ll just take a refund for that item. A team member and manager gave me the most attitude because I wanted my money back. They kept trying to get me to get something else instead. So, they held up their drive thru up for $4.21. I really can’t believe they didn’t want to give my money back…they said the big boss doesn’t want them giving any refunds. If an item is unavailable, why put up such a fuss to refund. I just wanted a refund for that item, not the whole order, because by now my food is cold.

We visit this McDonald’s location fairly often and have never experienced service like this before, which is why this was especially disappointing.
While in the drive-thru outer lane, another vehicle was taken ahead of us. When we acknowledged that we were waiting, the employee responded, “Can you wait a minute? Can you wait a minute? Damn,” which was completely unprofessional.
Being short-staffed is understandable, but it never justifies disrespectful communication. When the issue was brought to the manager’s attention, there was little concern or empathy shown.
We hope this was an isolated incident and that customer service standards are reinforced moving forward. Hillary needs additional training in customer service.

We stopped at this McDonalds for breakfast and there were plenty of people working there so I am not sure how you can forget to put syrup in the bag if someone orders big breakfast with hotcakes and butter also forget hashbrown. It’s not very difficult we literally had 2 orders that’s it

I had a horrible experience in the drive-through this morning. I went over there to get a sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle meal and I was giving a bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle completely wrong order. I called the store to try to resolve to get a refund or my breakfast meal again, and I did not receive any callback or anything. I left a voicemail and everything. The staff looked like they were Dealing with a lot, I asked the lady in clarified with her through the drive-through can I get my grape jelly and she said yes I will give it to you and I was given nothing. The chicken sandwich was very dry. I was not given my actual order I was charged extra for something I did not receive and my coffee. I ordered one cream one sugar they put like three creams in it or two creams in it and barely any sugar no sugar after all whatsoever so I’d like to get a refund as soon as possible or if I’m able to get my food and mail again tomorrow morning this was a horrible experience this morning
