A bunch of children as cashier laughing and talking and not assisting me and others . The told the young guy that Tea was on the floor and counter three times. Up where I ordered he didn’t tell anyone or cleaned up the spill. I saw no manager keeping the children in control. The food was good but the whole experience wasn’t pleasant.

This is the least best experience we’ve had at a Chick-fil-A, that I can remember. The young lady who took our order was cleaning up in the dining room when we were at the counter waiting, then another young lady came from the back and summoned her to come take our order. We ordered a milkshake and a lemonade. She gave me the lemonade after addressing two people who had just come in the door and were standing there waiting. They said they were waiting for training. After a few more minutes she asked if I could move so she could take the order of the person behind me. I said, sure, and moved to the side. After another few minutes I asked another young man, who was loading ice (or something) behind the counter, if the milkshake machine was broken since it didn’t usually take this long. He went to ask someone and she brought the milkshake right away.

I used to visit this location monthly until about a year ago. Food was typically on-point. This time…I don’t know if it was this particular shift or the heat having a bad effect on the staff or what.

“team lead” Madison rudely interrupted a cashier in the middle of me giving my order without saying excuse and with no regards to me as a patron. She proceeded to berate the cashier in an accusatory manner about “storing mobile orders”. She abruptly stormed off only to be observed approaching another drive through team member in an angrily manner probably accusing him of the same thing. I have never experienced such behavior from someone at this ChickFilA and the nerve of it to come from someone who is labeled as a leader

I went to the one in Henderson NC. The food is great. The service great. I like the fact that they play Christian music for their background music. The restaurant was crowded, but there wasn’t any profanity, no kids running wild. The kids were well behaved. The atmosphere was very good. Next time I’m in Henderson NC I plan to stop at Chick-fil-A again.

Not a fan this time. They simply did not live up to their standards with our order today. After receiving our order we noticed an item was missing. I went back inside the store to speak to the cashier. I was politely informed that they would fix the problem.

Staff taking orders has never been a problem….it’s the stage between ordering and delivery of food….not sure if it’s the food prep or delivery but it’s always SLOW! Not up to CFA standards at all. Garbage piled up outside back door is unappealing to see while waiting to get food in the drive thru. And when I finally got food….ice in my drink was completely melted????

Went inside mid-day on a weekday. Maybe the drive thru is better. Uncharacteristic of any Chik Fil A I’ve ever been to (and that is MANY 🙂 Customers were just left to wait in line to order while employees walked around talking to each other. Only one cashier working the front. No sense of urgency, no over-the-top kindness or politeness. No making sure you had everything and that you were happy and satisfied. Just handing order bags to customers w/o comment after calling out name. Took a long time to receive simple order. Guy pouring lemonade out of a bucket into lemonade machine w/o gloves. Maybe we’re just spoiled by Chik Fil A’s excellence but this place was just plain old fast food.

I have never had a problem with chic fil a until now. I was in drive thru for about 15 or 20 minutes. I wanted to leave but how it’s set up. I was stuck. Then my food was cold. I ordered large fry and they only filled the box half way. Then they put the sauces and napkins inside the box. I ordered 12 nuggets and received 8. Didn’t check the bag until I left because I took for granted that chic FIL a always gets it right. I was traveling so I will probably never stop there again. It was certainly unbecoming for chic fil a.
